Have correct items delivered and be correctly charged for them. And, have shoppers who could communicate and deliver groceries to my front door. ... Worst shoppers ever- received and were charged for items we didn't order AND were chat for items that we ordered, but didn't receive. Shopper one who delivered the Natural Grocers order only understand minimal English so communication was close to impossible. Then shopper two, after taking ** minutes to get here from Sprouts, dumped all the bags in the dirt at the end of the driveway instead of going through the unlocked gate like every other shopper has done over the last few years. Our drive is about length of a football field so schlepping plastic grocery bags is not easy as we are senior so with medical problems. There needs to be major adjustments to the bill. How should this be handled?
Their shoppers are not trained for customer service*satisfaction and just did what they wanted with no attention to the instructions included for every item (**).
Refund the items not received and items that were replaced at whim without attention to the DO NOT REPLACE THIS" or calling to ask.
We have been a customer with Instacart for Costco for several years with minimal problems.
I could not get through via phone (per the news reports, it's system is overloaded with complaints) so I completed the online form at the beginning of this week. There has been no response or acknowledgment of it.
