I frequently shop at the Jewel located on Weber Rd with a Romeoville address at [redacted]; it's merely a 5-minute drive from my residence. In contrast, the Jewel in Lockport, listed under the [redacted] zip code, is a 25-minute drive away. When inputting my address for shopping purposes, how can I ensure that I select the nearby Jewel with a different zip code that aligns with my actual proximity?

I called about a direct deposit issue initially, but now I have a more significant problem. The number everyone recommends for contacting Instacart turned out to be out of service when I tried calling on April 8, [redacted]. Has anyone else experienced this or know another way to reach them? It's becoming frustrating, and I'm starting to question its legitimacy.

I made a purchase today, 4/8/[redacted], with Frys in Sun City West, AZ. They use Instacart for deliveries. Unfortunately, the shopper did not give me a receipt, but I received an email from Instacart stating a $29.00 charge for items I didn't buy. The correct amount for my order should have been about $90.00. When I attempted to reach out through the chat room, it informed me that I was the 6,667th person in line. I lack the shopper's name or any additional details.

I placed an order on April 6 with a flexible delivery option for Tuesday to Saturday. Upon checking, the delivery window has now changed to Thursday to Tuesday. I understand there may be a high volume of orders, but I had specifically chosen this timeframe to ensure my groceries arrive by Saturday. The next available delivery day is now Tuesday, leaving my Easter dinner plans for Sunday in jeopardy. If I had known my order would be pushed back, I would have selected the Saturday, April 11 option that was available at the time. How can I guarantee my order will arrive by Saturday as initially planned?

I recently placed an order and unfortunately, it was incomplete. I was missing 3 Charmin Toilet Paper rolls priced at $16.59 each, 1 Publix Turkey Breast Smokey Honey priced at $4.99, and 2 melted Breyer's Ice Creams priced at $3.25 each. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times via phone and email, but have not received a satisfactory response. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.

I made a paid order with Key Food for a flex reservation from Tuesday through Sunday, but I have not received any updates. Despite having the Instacart app already installed, I keep getting prompted to download it. I entered my phone number ([redacted]) in the app, but it says no shopper has been assigned. I've been unable to reach you for assistance. Can I expect the delivery by Sunday as promised? I have another order with Fairway scheduled for April 22, but I rely on the Key Food delivery for Sunday.

I received my delivery last night. Unfortunately, there were items missing and I did not receive a receipt. I tried to contact the delivery person about the issue shortly after she left, and she mentioned that my order was on its way. Despite sending two more messages within the next 2 hours, I have not received any updates. The missing items are valued at approximately $22. I am eager to receive the missing items that I paid for and did not receive.

Yesterday around 8 pm, I received a delivery from Kroger in Cartersville, GA, brought by Mary. The delivery arrived at 7:55 pm, but I found that five items were missing when I unpacked. I immediately texted Mary about the missing items, and she said my order was on its way. However, after two hours and two more texts, I have not received a response. I am still missing part of my order and am out $22. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue.

Yesterday, my shopper started shopping late in the day, and most of my items were not available, leading to numerous substitutions. After rejecting several, I asked her to cancel the order. She reacted strongly, upsetting me. I decided to go to the store and found almost everything I needed. I request to waive the charges and cancel my Instacart membership right away.

During this challenging time with the virus crisis, I placed an order on April 4th with three different possible delivery dates given. As a loyal customer of a year, I have been disappointed with the uncertainty surrounding my order. Despite receiving deliveries on time from other services, my Instacart order has been postponed. I was initially promised delivery today, but it has now been delayed until after Easter. I am frustrated with Instacart holding over $[redacted] they took from my account for an order placed weeks ago that they could not deliver. They are not rescheduling the delivery or refunding me and are not communicating with me. I believe a federal investigation is needed for this company that is unable to perform during the pandemic and does not respond to customers. It seems like we will all end up losing for using this company. I am changing my rating from one star to zero. All I want is my money back that they took from my account without delivering the order or responding to me.

I used Instacart through the Fred Meyer app and had Diamond C as our shopper. The groceries were left at our doorstep. Upon reviewing the receipt, I noticed I was charged for items I did not receive. I ordered 10 Gatorades but only got 8, was charged for 10; ordered 1 box of cookie dough bites but charged for 4, received 1; charged for a Hostess cupcake I did not order; charged for 2 bags of chips instead of 1; received a Caesar salad dressing I did not request; charged for 2 foot tools I did not order or receive; and charged for Starbucks drinks not requested. The total overcharged amount was $31.24. I am requesting a refund and for the shopper to be held accountable. Another person in my town had a similar experience with the same shopper, being shorted $23. Please take appropriate action to rectify this issue.

Hello, I hope someone can assist me with my concern regarding my recent Instacart order. I have utilized the service multiple times with pleasant experiences, but my latest order was disappointing due to the behavior of the shopper, Ronald. While shopping, Ronald mistakenly got the wrong type of firewood despite my attempt to correct him via text. He even had a photo guide to reference. The online order displayed the correct item, but he delivered the incorrect one. Additionally, he rudely insisted that was all that was available when I pointed out the mistake. Moreover, Ronald initially left the incorrect items at my door and I had to flag him down to exchange the goods. This inconvenience led me to discover that the desired firewood was indeed in stock at the store. I am now inconvenienced as I need to return the wrong items and am unable to acquire the correct ones due to my physical limitations at the moment. I have reached out through the website's help section and sent multiple emails regarding my order discrepancies. I was charged for items that were not included in my delivery and some items were incorrect. I have sent over my order details, the missing/wrong items, and the store receipt via email. The total for my products was $[redacted].34, but I was billed $[redacted].97. I am seeking a refund of $39.63 and a $2 credit for the tip. I plan to cancel my membership to receive a $99 refund if I do not receive a prompt resolution.

Order number [redacted]55. The pricing for the yogurts and apples in my order is incorrect. The yogurts should be $1.50 each, not $3.69 as displayed. Additionally, I ordered two 2-pound bags of apples at $2.98 each, but received only two apples at $5.96. I did not receive a receipt this time, making it challenging to verify my charges since some items were priced by weight in the Instacart app. Please address these discrepancies promptly so I can regain trust in Instacart. I'm searching for a specific product available at the Sprouts store in Carlsbad, CA but not at the Oceanside, CA location, which is not far away. The staff at the Carlsbad store has given me conflicting information on whether the product is stocked there. Surprisingly, the Carlsbad store does not have a listed item. I made a shopping list with [redacted] items, but many were out of stock or had to be substituted. The customer expressed disappointment due to the difficulties caused by COVID-19 in finding what she wanted. She mentioned her friend found everything at Walmart, only to realize later she picked the wrong store (Star Market in Marshfield), leading her to cancel the entire order. I had spent 3 hours shopping and still had 20 items left when this happened. I had to seek the manager's advice on handling all the groceries, and I was left feeling very upset.
