I placed an Instacart order this afternoon and got an email that it was delivered at *:**PM, but I did not receive the order and have no way of figuring out where it was incorrectly delivered to. I have ordered from Instacart in the last two weeks with no issue, so the problem is not on my end.
GetHuman4580063 did not yet indicate what Instacart should do to make this right.

Initiated a live chat within the app. Provided my phone * and email. Told them I never received my order despite it being marked as delivered. The rep called the shopper and determined it was an app glitch. My order was delivered within ** minutes of talking to the rep.
