I worked for instacart almost a year. I got two deactivation. The first time it said i didnt delivery orders to customer, but i did in fact. I got reactivated after two days. The second time it said I had several unauthorized items . the staff asked three receipts of these transactions. I had to go to Costco to ask these receipts and i already submited all to staffs ..since then I haven heard from them even if they said they will review asap. I think It is very easy to review by looking back the app they will clarify which ones belong to customers..*Some time instatcart treats shoppers very bad..at least they email to me and tell the results .but they didn't..until now.

I got an email from instatcart staff It said to reactivate my account, but It took two weeks to solve. This is a real matter for shopper' income..I hope Instatcart steam will do quick for shoppers.
