How GetHuman-jean_new fixed the problem
I spent a very long time on the phone and talked to at least * different people' They kept insisting I hadn't been charged twice. I had the two charges before me on the computer and pointed out repeatedly that the only difference was that one was for **** and other was for ****. After many holds they finally agreed that it had been charged twice and are sending a refund plus another charge from a year ago that they are also refunding, not sure what that is about! Mainly I just kept pointing out that my online banking record clearly showed * exact charges to my credit card and only difference was the * dates. I hope it is fixed but won't be sure till I receive the money
