This is the second time I’ve used Instacart and most likely the last. While the driver*shopper personnel are good I wasn’t given enough time to respond to substitutions and ended up with products I didn’t want though I replied as soon as I received the texts.*Secondly, your website is **** near impossible to get to the email for lodging a complaint. I got this window through gethuman.com. This is following in the footsteps of Amazon.com and not all cool or useful.*Tim McCanna
