I waited for my *-* hr delivery order for * hours only to find out it was delivered to the wrong address. The address was clearly not mine and the driver did not ask for any verification. I called customer service and all that was done was they ordered everything again. Now I have to wait another two hours for my groceries. I have shopped at wegmans for years and have been satisfied until now. This service has kinks that need to be worked out. I would like to be credited*refunded for my order. I have wasted the entire afternoon and evening waiting on groceries and now I have missed a meeting that was mandatory for me to attend. I would like to keep using this service but only if these problems are addressed and I am receiving a service I pay for. Thank you.
