Placed an order around *:** pm today (****) That was estimated to be delivered by *:** pm. I have NO notification that the shopper has even started yet. I’ve tried to reach customer support only to hear an automated voice tell me you’re only accepting emergency calls at the time. I have already been charged for the order. I have documentation of the time the order was placed and the charge from my bank account. I would just like to know what’s going on??*Thank you,*Eva
