The first time I placed an order I saw that there was going to be a fee of $*** yearly so I canceled my order. The fee for my order was placed on hold for a few days then put back in my account. I saw last Friday that a pending of $*** was on my account so I canceled once again but I saw the funds was taken out of my account. Could you please refund that back to my account. I’m on social security and my monies are limit. Thank you norma Snider
