I signed up for instacart on June **th along with my coworker. She received her card in the mail * days later and has already started working. I have yet to receive my card. I track it and nothing has been updated on the tracking since the **rd. It is now July * and I have yet to get it. I have emailed several times and NO ONE has been any help. They just tell me to go to my profile and click replacement card. However, I have done that multiple times and it says I have one on the way already, yet still no card. I can’t even talk to a real person at instacart. Every time I call the number it hangs up on me. This is getting super frustrating and I’ve about had it. I need a new card mailed out or something done to fix this issue ASAP.
