I cancelled the express membership onJune *th. Went through every page, continuing to click through every “are you sure you want to cancel” button, until I saw the message that my cancelation was confirmed. The finally confirmation message had the optional form asking for more information as why I left. *The I woke up this morning to a $*** charge from you and I’m incredibly pissed off. I do not like to be scammed (who does?) and I feel like this is a scam. How does someone cancel a service and then pay $*** for it * days later?!**I want refund, and I want one ASAP.
GetHuman-zensixty did not yet indicate what Instacart should do to make this right.
