I bought an SST instant hot device from your company which seems to have 2 manufacturing defects: a leaky drain screw and a plastic tub not suitable for the temperature. My model number is [redacted]5. I had to spend nearly $[redacted] on a master plumber to identify these issues. I would like a replacement 2/3 gallon tank and a longer flexible tubing with silicon material rated over [redacted] degrees Fahrenheit for the hose connection on the tank.
