Before that she was not willing to send card less than seven to ten business days**Spoke to the supervisor and he finally agreed to overnight or fourty eight hour at no charge told me i would have it no latter than mon the **th i asked for the tracking *Number it wouldnt be ready until it went out call next day*To get tracking number**Called next day tues to get tracking number no tracking number available ask to speak to supervisor was transfered to supervisor he was trying to tell me i wouldnt beable to get tracking number i kept asking if order had been place he wanted to tell me card ordered orig on the ** i told no i wanted to see about card ordered yesterday. Please dont cancel it please after obvious reasons he checkef and said yes it was ordered no tracking still call back later if i wanted to he kept telling me it takes two business days and i told him i know this is one it would be here wed he said it takes fourty eight hours made me beliive it wasnt ordered yet **Called the next day to get tracking number no tracking number available yet after awhile finally got her to check to see if sent this time but had ask for a supervisor was told it was processed on the the thirteenth at *** pm it didnt come yesterday so i thought they ordered it on the thirteenth at *** pm about the time i called so i thought ok it will here today thurs no card *I also wanted to close my account and have a cashiers check overnighted to me but was told it takes up to ten business days and i dont have ten business days to wait**Do i need to file charges or get an attorney and sue you to get my card or how do i get you to send it to in one to two days at no charge for not getting it me by now **My aunt and i are living on the streets and running out of places to live i have been trying to get my card sent for seventeen days and have four reorders this will be number five i have not called yet today to reorder i did this first**Ill wait a few more min for you to get this and call to reorder **Thank you and have a great day**Teresa Smith
