On july ** i reported my card lost or stolen asked them to overnight or ** hr me a card the siad yes they would **On july **st called to make sure this was done they told me that card had not been turned off as requested or replacement card ordered so i had her do this for me as well she said i had not neen charged the fourty dollar fee the day before and she would get replacement card ordered***I found my card that i was missing next day i took it to the atm and it was canceled no good sp i assumed my card was on its way and i would have it in the fourty eight hours the third day was sunday so i waited to call again when i called to let them know i had not received it the said i would have to wait * to ** business days or go to a store affilate and get the csrd my wallet got stolen i have a front and back copy of my id one on your records the said take card i found and that would be ok called store they have green cards no black cant transfer funds from black to greem called back insight told thm tjis they oh try this store i asked can you make sure theyll take my id in notes i asked tjem what if no black card there they tell them call customer support and they will ok called that store no black card at thst one or all three green card issues new bank acc and routing numbet called back spoke to supervisior still told * to ** days best they could they do nothing more i asked eventhough you failled to send it twice i have bills i have to pay not ablr to do anything better for asked to speak to thete boss waited and wait was told they would order card while i was to speak to them ttjen was hung up on Waited still no card ***Called back they exspected me to wait another * to ** days asked to speak with supervisor she kept aplogisiged cont.
