I booked a flight from Coimbatore to Mangalore yesterday with a layover in Chennai. The flight numbers were Coimbatore-Chennai 6E605 and Chennai-Mangalore 6E7141 with PNR XF35PL. After arriving in Chennai, I received multiple messages about delays and then suddenly got one informing me that the flight to Mangalore was canceled due to a curfew. Despite the curfew, I believe I could have made it home from the Mangalore airport. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the way this situation was handled. I was offered an alternative destination, Trivandrum, where I am now quarantined for a month instead of being home in Mangalore. This experience has caused me significant emotional distress, and I cannot trust Indigo Airlines again. My family and I will not be flying with you in the future. I request a full refund for this inconvenience.

I made a booking yesterday for a flight from Coimbatore to Mangalore. The flight route was via Chennai with flight numbers 6E605 and 6E7141. My PNR is XF35PL. After landing in Chennai, I received multiple messages about delays. However, I was suddenly notified that the flight to Mangalore was canceled due to a curfew. I feel let down by the lack of information and service from your airline. I would have preferred to stay in Coimbatore if I had known earlier. Being sent to Trivandrum instead has put me in quarantine for a month. The emotional distress I have experienced due to this situation is immense, and I cannot trust your airline in the future. Please consider providing a full refund as a minimum gesture.

I'm Shadab Hussain. I canceled my flight from Dubai to Kolkata (17th March) with flight no. 6E [redacted], PNR QJ5CJZ, and was assured a full refund. The partial refund was meant to be immediate, with the remaining balance within 24 to 48 hours after contacting the booking agency. Now, I have rebooked through Flipkart. I contacted Flipkart for the refund after a week, and they requested an email confirmation from Indigo to process the refund. Despite checking my email multiple times, I have not received any cancellation email from Indigo, causing my refund to be delayed. If the email is being sent to my registered email and not reaching me, please attempt sending it to my alternative email at [redacted] Kindly address this issue promptly; otherwise, I may have to escalate this matter to the consumer forum.

I am Shadab Hussain. I canceled my Dubai to Kolkata flight on the 17th of March with flight number 6E [redacted] and PNR QJ5CJZ. I was supposed to receive a full refund, but only got a partial one immediately and was told the rest would follow within 24 to 48 hours after contacting the booking agency. I rebooked my flight through Flipkart and after a week, I reached out to them for a refund. They requested an email proof from Indigo confirming the refund initiation, but I haven't received any cancellation email from Indigo despite checking my email multiple times. It's been over 20 days, and I'm concerned about not getting any communication. If the emails are being sent to my registered address and not reaching me, please try my alternate email at [redacted]. Please assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible to avoid contacting consumer authorities.

Dear Sir, I am writing to address an issue with a flight booking from Bengaluru to Dhaka on March 17, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on March 19, I received notice that the flight, identified by the PNR No. EFFI9S, was canceled. In response, I requested a refund of INR [redacted] to be transferred to my bank account. The timeframe provided for the refund was 5-7 working days. I made a flight reservation from Mumbai, Maharashtra to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu for May 27th, but the IndiGo flight isn't direct. It stops in Bengaluru, Karnataka first before heading to Coimbatore. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, an ePass for each state is required for travel. I was instructed by IndiGo to obtain a Karnataka ePass, but I reside in Tamil Nadu and only have a Tamil Nadu ePass. The email from IndiGo stated that travel without a Karnataka ePass is not permitted. However, I am not disembarking in Karnataka; I am simply changing planes in Bengaluru to reach Coimbatore. Do I really need a Karnataka ePass to enter the airport? Please assist me with this matter promptly.

Hello, my name is Diaz Williams. I recently purchased a money order but forgot to fill it out before attempting to cash it through my card.com account online. As a card.com holder, I intended to deposit this money order into my account to pay a bill. I realized I hadn't signed my name on it when I tried uploading a photo of the money order and it was rejected. I mistakenly wrote "void" on the front before noticing my missing signature. I still have the receipt for the money order. Should I proceed to write my name, address, and other information on it and try to cash it again? What steps should I take to address the error of marking it void before signing my name?

I received a call from someone claiming to be Aarti from IndiGo Airlines at Shamshabad Airport regarding a job opportunity. They instructed me to follow their directions. I cooperated and was transferred to the candidate selection team. After a brief interview about a car driver job, I was informed of my selection. They mentioned a monthly salary of 25k with benefits. They asked for a small payment before joining, which they claimed would be refunded upon joining on July 6th, [redacted]. I made the payment for courier charges, COVID-19 medication, and a uniform, but they blocked me after the transfer. I reported this to Cyberabad crime police, but no action was taken. I believe that the current lockdown situation in India does not seem to have an end in sight with the increasing cases every day. I predict that it might take up to a year to normalize. Due to this prolonged period, I kindly request a refund from the credit shell as it will expire within a year, making it impossible for me to travel to India during that timeframe. I trust you are aware of the DGCA guidelines, particularly the directive issued on April 16 regarding refunds for tickets booked during the initial lockdown period. The guidelines clearly state that all passengers seeking refunds for cancelled bookings should receive the full amount. I hope to receive the refund promptly in accordance with these guidelines.

Following the instructions, I contacted a number listed as airline carrier HR Indigo at [redacted]. The individual mentioned Maharashtra vacancies when I inquired about Nagpur positions and explained that if my qualifications match, the company would send an offer letter after reviewing my documents. He requested Rs [redacted] for document verification, mentioning it was a standard procedure. I expressed my concern as Indigo does not charge fees for job applications. He insisted the fee was for verification purposes. I suspect this may be a fraudulent scheme tarnishing Indigo's reputation. Dear Indigo Team, I am Vishal Sharma, and I am encountering an issue with a credit shell. I had made a booking for a flight from Trivandrum to Delhi on May 21, [redacted], with the PNR (VFUTNI) under the name "Vishal Sharma." The total charge for the three of us, including my spouse and her elder brother, was approximately 43,[redacted] INR. Unfortunately, due to the COVID situation, I had to cancel the trip. After deducting cancellation fees, the airline informed me of a refund of 31,[redacted] INR, which was credited to a credit shell. However, as the amount was split between all three passengers, my wife and her elder brother are not planning to travel again. I am dissatisfied with the response I received regarding my refund complaint from a few months ago. On February 29, [redacted], I booked 4 tickets from Hyderabad to Goa. Despite being assured that I would receive the refund in my PayPal account by August 3rd or 4th, I have not received it yet. On the 17th of October, I paid an amount of Rs. [redacted]. Subsequently, I received a confirmation email from HR Ritika Sharma. On the 19th of October, I received a verification letter via email and I made a payment of Rs. [redacted]. Ritika mentioned that I would receive a mail before 12 pm on the 22nd of October for the second interview section. However, I did not receive any communication after 12:30 pm. Despite my attempts to contact her, her phone has been switched off. I am concerned whether this job application is legitimate or a fraudulent scheme. Additionally, I was asked to download AnyDesk remote control software for which I was supposed to pay Rs. 10. The individual also informed me about maintaining Rs. [redacted] in my account for an interview message. I seek clarification on these processes and hope to understand the situation regarding my job application. I have already canceled the Indigo flight, but I have not received the refund in my account. I have utilized the GetHuman Phone service to address this issue. I am awaiting a resolution from Indigo and hope to share the solution with other customers once it's resolved.

I made a reservation for an Indigo Flight on 7/12/[redacted] with the PNR MRDYJR for a round trip between DEL-CCU & CCU-DEL. The departure is scheduled for 11/12/[redacted] and return for 14/12/[redacted]. I had to cancel my bookings due to a sudden change in my travel plans. Upon cancellation, I noticed that Indigo is refunding only half of the flight cost. I am seeking clarification on the reason for the 50% deduction and if this deduction aligns with the stated refund policy.
