Cleartrip on **th March **** informed us that refund amount processed has been credited to our bank account ... Refund of PNR YHHQUS cancelled for travel from Hyd to Shirdi on **th March four persons from clear trip ID ************.- B.Sadanand, **********
I had verified my bank account and informed Clear trip that amount is not transferred. On rigorous follow up, on **th May ****, they informed that it is delayed due to COVID-** lockdown and they needs to get in touch with the Airlines for refund.
I am a retired State Government Officer of Telangana, Hyderabad and we are not paid full pension since past three months. Please arrange to refund the eligible amount as our case pertains before COVID-**.
I am a regular customer since several years
If there is abnormal delay in refund of amount, please arrange for making payment with simple bank interest for the delayed period till the amount is refunded.
