Hello, I attempted to purchase a ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Delhi for the 3rd of February for Mr. Kapil Gupta. When I made the payment, the amount was deducted from my credit card, but I received an email from Indigo stating that the payment status was declined. I contacted your customer care department, and after discussing the issue, I was advised to try booking again. However, the same problem occurred two more times with different credit cards (Citi Bank and SBI Bank), leading to three failed payments. I eventually used ICICI Net-banking, and although the amount was deducted, I received another email stating the payment was declined. Shortly after, I received an email from [redacted] indicating that the payment was in-process, with Transaction ID 08905b1cfd[redacted][redacted]. When I inquired about my ticket with customer care using the transaction ID, they were unable to locate it and informed me the booking was incomplete due to payment failure. This whole experience has been frustrating as my amount was deducted multiple times, and there seems to be a disconnect between the emails and the customer care response. I need assistance as my flight 6e233 from Bangalore to Prayagraj was canceled after we boarded due to technical issues. Engineers were called onboard to fix the glitch, and we were asked to deplane. Despite waiting for 5-6 hours, no help has been provided. Our next flight is tomorrow morning at 6:30 to Varanasi via Chennai. I am with three senior citizens and requested accommodation as per the policy, but the ground staff is not acknowledging the technical issue, blaming it on weather instead. We were on the runway when the mishap occurred, and an announcement was made. I am seeking accommodation or access to the lounge. My wife reserved tickets from Doha to Hyderabad for four family members on December 27, [redacted]. I was not permitted to board the flight due to a name discrepancy listed as "Mohammed Khan," even though I have been traveling with this name for years. The supervisor was uncooperative despite showing a previous booking reference with the same name. We asked the call center for help, but they also refused to cooperate. I was a passenger on Indigo flight no. 6E [redacted] from Kochi to Kolkata on January 10th. I checked in 3 pieces of luggage, but upon arrival in Kolkata, I did not receive luggage with tag number 6E [redacted] under the name Nilufa Nasrin. I reported this to the staff, who informed me that my luggage wasn't loaded onto the aircraft due to a power bank. I apologize for not following the guidelines regarding this matter. We are flying to Dhaka on January 13th at 12:00 PM and urgently need the luggage as it contains important medical documents for a cardiac patient.

Hello, I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Lucknow. I arrived at the airport one hour before my flight and waited in line for over 40 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the receptionist informed me that I was late and my ticket was non-refundable. I am confused about where I went wrong since I arrived early and waited in line. I encountered two rude receptionists who lacked proper etiquette when interacting with me. I prefer not to disclose their names to avoid causing any embarrassment. Hello, I recently received an offer letter for Ground staff position at Indigo. I had a similar experience with a selection letter from GoAir Aviation. They conducted three rounds of interviews, including an online test, telephonic round, and HR face-to-face interview. I was asked to pay for a reference ID and take an online test. After scoring 16 out of 20, I sent my marks screenshot and documents. I paid the required fees for each step as requested. Eventually, I completed the telephonic round, where they offered me the main interview and a salary package with additional medical insurance. Due to financial constraints, I hesitated, but they agreed to a partial payment. Despite my limited funds, I managed to proceed with the process. I booked tickets to fly from KUL to Kannur with the PNR [redacted], which was later revised, increasing the transit time between Bangalore to KUL. The new itinerary is now 6E-[redacted]/[redacted]. When I canceled the ticket, I expected no cancellation fees; however, I was charged them. Subject: Rejection of IndiGo Voucher Offer I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Rs [redacted].00 voucher offered in response to our original agreement of Rs [redacted].00 compensation to be credited to our Indian bank account. The amount spent on replacing the lost luggage was Rs [redacted].00, making the voucher offer inadequate. This attempt to evade responsibility is disrespectful to customers like us. I recently booked a flight from Cochin to Male for March 26, [redacted] but due to the current Coronavirus situation and traveling with a child, I have decided to cancel my trip following our government's advice to avoid non-essential travel. I wanted to inquire about the possibility of a refund if the airline cancels the flight. I noticed on the MakeMyTrip app, where I made the booking, that there is an option to request a cancellation waiver due to Covid-19, depending on the airline's policies. We directly canceled with the airlines, and even though we mentioned the reason for cancellation to the customer service representative, we were not informed about the waiver request. I would appreciate any guidance on this matter. The booking was made under the name S. Haridas. Looking forward to your response.

I am inquiring about canceling booking Ref No. JGT6XC for a trip from Mumbai to Mangalore and back, as my son was planning to visit from Japan. Due to the quarantine requirements by the Government of India related to the Coronavirus outbreak, my son has to cancel his trip. The flight to Mangalore, 6E5327 on May 1st, has already been canceled by IndiGo. I kindly request the cancellation of the return flight booking and a full refund. I understand this is a global emergency, and other airlines such as Cathay are providing full refunds. We hope for similar assistance from IndiGo, a leading airline in India. Thank you.

I received an email notification at 5:46 pm on my email address, [redacted], containing a non-functional link to process the refund and reschedule the flight. Unfortunately, I could not reschedule due to unavailability of other flights and could not initiate a refund because of the link issue. Consequently, I had to urgently secure another booking. While I was still attempting to claim the refund, I noticed that the flight had been reinstated on your website. However, I had already arranged an alternative flight. I kindly request the cancellation of this rebooked flight and the initiation of a refund for the original booking. The transaction reference is [redacted]7 IGAIINBIX0 with Interglobe aviation Ltd. The passenger name is Anand Vijay Sankar Guntuku. Subsequently, I made another booking for the same passenger and received a confirmation email with PNR NO. WF4MFY. I kindly request your assistance in looking into this matter and arranging for the refund of the deducted amount of Rs. [redacted]/-. Despite attempting to contact customer support multiple times today, I have not received any response. Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir or Madam, I recently received emails from you stating that clicking to cancel my flight would not incur any cancellation charges. I proceeded to cancel my Delhi to Kathmandu flight scheduled for April 25th, [redacted] using the same PNR for both legs of the journey, XHFVRC. However, when attempting to cancel my return journey from Kathmandu to Delhi on April 27th, [redacted], I encountered a message indicating that the service is not eligible for this PNR. Indigo had rescheduled both flight timings, and due to the current COVID-19 situation, the wedding we were traveling for in Kathmandu has been canceled. The communication from Indigo assured no cancellation charges, prompting us to cancel the outbound flight on April 25th, [redacted], as we will not be undertaking the return journey. I am requesting a full refund for both legs of the journey and ask for assistance in canceling the return booking. I intend to file a claim with MMT for the refund. I booked a flight from Coimbatore to Mangalore yesterday with the following itinerary: Coimbatore to Chennai 6E605 and Chennai to Mangalore 6E7141. My PNR is XF35PL. Upon reaching Chennai, I received multiple messages about delays and then suddenly got one saying the flight to Mangalore was canceled due to a curfew. I believe I could have managed to reach home if I had made it to the Mangalore airport. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I feel disrespected as a customer. I ended up choosing a flight to Trivandrum, where I am now under quarantine for a month against my wishes. I am deeply disappointed by Indigo Airlines' handling of this situation and feel immense emotional stress. I can no longer trust your airline, and my family feels the same way. I booked a flight from Coimbatore to Mangalore yesterday with a layover in Chennai, with the flights being Coimbatore-Chennai 6E605 and Chennai-Mangalore 6E7141. The PNR is XF35PL. After arriving in Chennai, I received multiple messages about flight delays, only to later find out that the flight to Mangalore was canceled due to a curfew. Despite the curfew, I believe I could have made it home if I reached Mangalore. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the sudden cancellation. I was given the option to choose another destination and ended up in Trivandrum where I am now in quarantine for a month. This was not where I intended to go. The emotional stress caused by this situation has been overwhelming, and I am deeply hurt by the airline's irresponsible behavior. The flight details were Coimbatore to Chennai on 6E605 and Chennai to Mangalore on 6E7141 with booking reference XF35PL. Unfortunately, upon reaching Chennai, I repeatedly received messages about delays and then I was shocked to learn that the flight to Mangalore was canceled due to a curfew. I believe I could have made it to my destination if I had been informed earlier. I had to choose Trivandrum as an alternative destination, which has led me to be under quarantine for a month. This experience has caused me immense emotional stress and I regret ever trusting this airline. My family and I will not be flying with them again after this disappointing incident.
