I am in USA and I booked a multi city ticket, PNR: RJ*BKD. on completion I received an email confirmation from Indigo. When I reviewed my flights I found that it was not the flights I booked. Within less than * minutes, I sent an email to Indigo but have yet to receive a response. So today, I had our staff in Chennai contact Indigo and was told to make changes on line and pay the difference of Rs. *,*** and make changes. But I cannot make changes on line. my staff called Indigo again and was told that no changes can be made and that I would need to cancel one portion at a penalty of Rs. *,*** and get a credit of Rs. *,*** only, and rebook the ticket. It is not possible to do all this on line. I travel by Indigo very often as my preferred choice but now I am very disappointed, and if my issue is not resolved, I will need to find another carrier. this is not my fault at all and within less than * minutes I contacted Indigo to correct the mistake. Today I also found out that Indigo on line could not process a discounted ticket together with a senior rate, and probably defaulted to another flight. The Ahmedabad to Coimbatore portion needs to be on flights *E-*** and *E-****. please help me and resolve this issue at no penalty to me. if this cannot happen, then I would like to know if I can full refund credited to my credit card if I cancel the entire reservation. I should not have to go thru the effort and stress I have been thru. Thank you in advance for your efforts.
