Regarding your correspondence dated March 9th, in response to the rescheduling of flight 6E [redacted]/[redacted] from ATQ-HYD/HYD-TRV on May 26th from 1[redacted]/1[redacted] hrs under PNR-JDKSYS due to operational reasons, I would like to inform you that I am unable to arrange transportation to the ATQ airport at that time. Despite my email sent on the same day, I have not received a reply as of March 13th. I urgently request a cancellation and refund. If I do not receive a response within two days, I will contact my bank to reverse the transaction. I have attached a copy of my initial email for your reference. I recently had a concerning experience with one of your staff members, Priyaah Sundaraam. She cancelled my flight to Goa from Surat, where my elderly parents and I were traveling for my son's wedding. My mother, in her 70s, and my father, in his 80s, both needed wheelchair assistance. We had to purchase new tickets, PNR: EMPE8B, at an increased cost due to the cancellation. It was unexpected for your staff to ask for my bank details for the payment, as this is not a common practice in the UK. I am a senior individual in my 60s, traveling with my parents for a special family occasion. I have never encountered such issues when flying with Spice Jet before. I kindly request for this matter to be looked into promptly. Thank you.

Dear Indigo Customer Service, I appreciate receiving the updated flight schedule information. I was surprised to find that my requested booking change did not reflect the specific date I provided. I had spoken with a customer service agent to change my previous booking (Booking Reference: SCH76F, Flight No. 6E [redacted], Imphal to New Delhi, originally scheduled for 28/03/[redacted], Passenger Name: BL) to tomorrow, March 17, [redacted]. This reschedule was crucial as I need to return to Delhi urgently due to my wife's health issues. I believed the agent would confirm the change for the 17th of March [redacted], and the failure to do so has caused me significant anxiety. I urge you to address this promptly and correct the mistake made by your agent. I emphasize the urgency of the situation as this is a family emergency and I must travel tomorrow. As a member of the Indian Air Force currently posted in Jammu and Kashmir, I regret to inform you that due to the cancelation of leaves for defense personnel, I won't be able to take this flight. Subject: Unjust Fare Deduction Complaint To Indigo Airlines, I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent booking with PNR YKY9TQ and AF142J. On April 3, [redacted], I mistakenly entered incorrect dates for a round trip ticket for four adults. Upon realizing the error after receiving the confirmed tickets, I promptly rebooked the correct tickets within two hours and requested the cancellation of the previous ones. I was surprised to find that a total of Rs. 16,[redacted]/- was deducted as a penalty for canceling the tickets within a short timeframe. I had not postponed the journey but simply corrected the dates and rebooked the tickets. This deduction seems unjust and excessive. As of now, I have not received the refund for the cancellation. I urge you to review this situation, rectify the error, and reimburse the full amount as I promptly rebooked the tickets. My journey is scheduled from Singapore to Kolkata and then from Kolkata to Delhi on 01 May [redacted] with the PNR NO: FYP9FI. Upon review, my name on the ticket matches my PAN CARD as "TEJPAL SINGH DEOL," whereas my passport reflects my name as "TEJPAL SINGH." To prevent any issues at the Immigration Counter during international travel, I kindly request the ticket to be reissued with my name as per the passport, "TEJPAL SINGH." Attached for verification are copies of my PAN CARD and passport pages 1, 2, and 3. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to receiving an updated ticket with the correct name. When I first started using Indigo Money, I was unsure of the check deposit process. I mistakenly took repeated pictures of the same check without knowing I needed to capture the front, back, and a void written on the front. When I attempted to deposit the check again, I was unable to proceed and was advised to contact customer service. I have been trying to reach out to resolve this issue because I cannot provide an ID to cash my checks until this is sorted out. Please assist me in lifting this restriction so I can access my funds. My PNR number is PLMV8H. I am Vardharajan R. from Coimbatore. I traveled on April 21, [redacted], from CJB to MAA. A refund was initiated on April 4. Initially, I paid INR [redacted] for 5 kgs of excess baggage by my wife, Uma R., using her Indian Bank debit card. The amount was later reduced to INR [redacted] as I am an international transit passenger. Indigo has agreed to refund the remaining INR [redacted]. Despite many calls from my wife, the refund has not been processed yet. We were informed that it was transferred to her bank account, but upon checking with the bank, it has not been received. Please prioritize and expedite the refund process. We are eagerly awaiting the return of our money. Kindly respond via email. Please refund the approximately INR [redacted] at the earliest opportunity.

Hi, this is Priyanka. I booked a flight from Doha to Chennai for March 22, [redacted], but later wanted to change it to March 27. Indigo Airlines asked for a fee of Rs. [redacted] to change the date. After paying, my new flight was scheduled for March 27. When I decided to cancel on March 24, they informed me that the refund of Rs. [redacted] would be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The total amount I paid was Rs. [redacted], but Rs. [redacted] was deducted for cancellation. I reached out to Clear Trip, who mentioned that this amount is in line with Indigo Airlines' refund policy.

I am currently in Canada, and my parents are traveling from Odisha to Ahmedabad. They experienced inconvenience due to a missing flight. Your agent, Sweta, spoke rudely to them and me. She mentioned they could board if they arrived 45 or 35 minutes earlier, but they were at the counter by 8:05 because our house is far from the airport and the weather delayed them. We paid Rs [redacted] each for them to reach quickly, so missing the flight and paying Rs [redacted] each was upsetting. We request a refund of Rs [redacted] as it was not our fault. Please contact me via email promptly, or I may escalate this matter in the media, stating that you take advantage of bad weather and exploit financially disadvantaged individuals.

I am located in the USA and recently booked a multi-city flight with a PNR: RJ9BKD through Indigo. However, upon receiving the confirmation email, I noticed that the flights listed were not the ones I had originally booked. I promptly contacted Indigo via email within 5 minutes but have not yet received a response. After having my staff in Chennai reach out to Indigo, I was informed to make changes online by paying a price difference of Rs. 3,[redacted]. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulties making changes online. Despite further attempts, I was informed that changes were not permitted, and I would have to cancel a portion of the ticket incurring a penalty of Rs. 3,[redacted]. This would only result in a credit of Rs. 2,[redacted]. Due to these challenges, I am disappointed and considering switching to another carrier if my issue remains unresolved. I urge Indigo to rectify this matter without penalty. If unable to do so, I would like to explore the option of receiving a full refund credited back to my credit card upon canceling the entire reservation. We, G.V., S.V., A.K., and S.K., had booked tickets for a Chennai to Bangalore flight on May 20, [redacted], at 12:30 am to attend a funeral. Arriving at the airport at 12 midnight, we found the gates closed. Despite explaining our situation, we were denied boarding and offered a 9 am flight the next day, which was unsuitable due to a 2-hour drive awaiting us in Bangalore. I contacted them regarding job openings. They instructed me to submit documents for the selection process, mentioning "Sandhya Mishra" as the contact person. The next day, I received a call stating I was selected. Excited, but later informed about needing to pay [redacted]/- for 3 rounds of interviews, which raised concerns. Seeking help from my husband's friend due to my husband's unemployment, I managed to pay. Unfortunately, I failed the 1st round with only 4 out of 20 marks and was asked for [redacted]/- for the next round, which shocked me. As a middle-class housewife, I couldn't afford it. When I requested a refund, they refused. My husband is upset, and if I don't get the money back, he'll not allow me to return home. Please help me get my money refunded.

I purchased two tickets from MakeMyTrip for IndiGo Airlines for my dad and sister. It was a gift for my sister to celebrate her high exam score. Unfortunately, on the boarding day, my sister had a minor mole removal surgery and they arrived at the airport five minutes late. Despite my father's efforts, they were not allowed to board, and the staff, particularly the counter lady, was uncooperative and rude. My father inquired about the next available flight and was informed it would cost an additional [redacted] rupees and they would have to wait three more hours. I have experienced a missed flight before where the airline accommodated me on the next flight at no extra charge. This lack of customer service and treatment of customers is disappointing.

My family (my husband, our 6-year-old daughter, and myself) booked our Kolkata-Delhi tickets with IndiGo, flight date: June 12, [redacted]. We had a connecting flight to Montreal from Delhi which required us to pay extra baggage fees. While flying to Kolkata from Delhi with GoAir, we paid [redacted] INR for 46 extra kgs. Expecting a similar charge with IndiGo, we were shocked to be asked to pay [redacted] INR. Despite requesting help from the Manager, Mr. Shubojit, we were unsatisfied as he claimed it was out of his control. This fee was exorbitant and unreasonable, unlike other airlines that offer a more affordable scheme for international passengers. To add to our frustration, our flight was delayed by over two hours. If we had missed our Delhi flight, the responsibility would have been unclear. I feel this experience calls for compensation. I am deeply disappointed and unlikely to choose IndiGo again due to this poor customer service.

Dear Nodal Officer, I am Dr. L. Aravindan, a resident doctor at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre. On July 6th, at 8:45 pm, I was scheduled to fly from Cochin to Bangalore with your airline. Due to duty and traffic delays, I reached the Indigo counter at 8:20 pm, aiming to attend a Hackathon conference at the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. Despite my pleas, the staff refused to let me board, citing the closure of the boarding process. I am disappointed by this encounter, as I have been a loyal customer of your airline for years, except for a couple of trips with Vistara. I have always praised your punctuality and service to others, but this experience has left me deeply hurt. Despite following airport guidelines and arriving 20 minutes before departure, I was denied boarding without any assistance or consideration for my situation. I ended up booking a late-night flight with Air Asia out of desperation. The lack of understanding and empathy from your staff has tarnished my view of your airline. If a lone traveler arriving 20 minutes before departure cannot receive assistance, it questions the integrity of being labeled as "India's No.1 Airline." Dear Customer Service, I am Radhakrishnan and I traveled from Kuwait to Ahmedabad on 8 August [redacted] on IndiGo Airways flight 6E [redacted], sitting in seat 6D. While on the flight, I had the upma meal which got stuck in my throat. I tried to call the air hostesses by pressing the call button above my seat, but it took them a long time, approximately 40 minutes, to respond to my request for water. When they finally came, they seemed unsure of what I needed. I was disappointed with their service as they ignored my initial requests. They later offered me a complimentary drink, but I declined and insisted on giving them feedback. They told me to send an email, but they seemed dismissive saying it wouldn't make a difference.
