Hello sir I Piyush Kumar sutodiya my contact no ***********On *th Feb **** I had booked your flight *E-***. Hyderabad to Guwahati Timing *:** hrs Four member. Piyush Kumar. Ritika sutodiya. Varda sutodiya. Tejas sutodiya. PNR NO IYKZQY. But due heavy rush and lack of information given by your staff I was late for *mintues. I was on boarding counter. *.**hrs and they said that you can't board it's closed. So I asked them you where late. I said them that I am traveling with two small kids as well its too rush today. After that also they simply said I can't help your ticket is not valid now. You have to take new flight. And she where Lough on us *Showed us. The ticket counter you talk to them. * On your ticket counter they where one lady she was too much slow that she has taken **mintues to attend me when I ask you incharge when you have two seat then why don't you keep one more person our their. *Very much rudely he answered me that. We have sufficient staff no need to guide us. We no work. I said him that I am standing with my family last from **mintues here. That's Is the reason. Then also he said that yes you have to stand here sir and moved away. After that when I asked what is the next process to board the flight she said today no flights are available sir. You take new flight for tomorrow and you have to pay. ***** rupees. But when I see in online it was ***** rupees.* On *th Feb **** *.**hrs my flight ticked was booked. I reaches airport by. *:**hrs with my kids with out any sleep my kids where much tide even though we have taken boarding pass *:** hrs. We have hand our the bags. And on that time they informed us that our flight was delayed for *:**hrs. That means *:**hrs. You flight will departure from here. I asked them that yesterday I was only *mintues late. You haven't given me boarding pass saying that we help any more. When I ask them why should wait now see my kids how much they are tide. Giving very much rude full answer that what ever you issue don't say anything to me. Please go online give us mail. They will answer you. * One thing it was noticed that your entire staff are too much rude with out any coustmer hospitality. They are much rude. They are ready to fight with coustmer saying that if you like to fight you can. But we don't care any thing. * It's very much bad experience with your company but I am sure that. I can't plan any more booking in indigo flight. Hands off to you all. Great working process.
