Hereby I want to explain you the matter in detail, My mother reached to airport on **-**-** at *:** A.M and she was at the check-in point at *:**A.M. As the flight timing was *:** A.M and My mother was having print out of ticket and hand baggage only so, she was being told by the authority to move to security checkin without delay as checkin counter was about to close.She said boarding pass you can get near gate. So she moved to security checkin but after reaching there the security guard asked for boarding pass, my mother showed him the printout of ticket but they told that without boarding pass she won't be allowed to enter and was being told to reach to checkin counter again. My mother went to checkin counter but till then the time was *:** A.M and the authority told her that the check-in counter is closed now. *And she was being told that she is not allowed to board now because she has not completed her checkin process on time. *I want to mention some of the points which shows the carelessness of the airport authority because of which my mother was unable to complete checkin process on time.**) My mother was carrying hand baggage and print-out of ticket. Why she was being told to move to security check-in without handing over the boarding pass to her.**) My mother don't know telugu and english and no one was available there who can talk to her in hindi. So, the communication problem occurs which was equally responsible for the delay in completing the check-in process.**) No-one co-operated her and she was being mentally harassed by the authority by being told to submit **,***Rs so that they can switch her to another flight because it was very urgent to reach to the destination. The airport authority tried to take advantage of the situation as my mother was alone and it was very urgent for her to reach to destination.**) Due to the mis-guiding by the members presented there, my mother was unable to complete the check-in process.**) I asked my mother to give phone to someone so that I can talk to them but my mother was being told that they are not allowed to talk to anyone on phone**) Somehow my mother manages to get the contact number of Hyderabad airport. I called them several times but no one lifted the phone. I have proof of it and I can show you anytime.**) I tried to contact to indigo but they told nothing is in there hand as there job is to only update ticket. They can't help in this matter.**) I didn't get any support, neither from indigo nor from the airport office. **) There was no one who helped me in raising my complaint also. I was being totally misguided by indigo and airport too. ***) Somehow I found the feedback portal and raised my complaint.***Please refund me the full amount so that I can book my next ticket. Travelling by flight doesn't reflect that everyone is economically good and the airport authority has no right to put someone in this situation. Or else provide me a flight so that she can reach to her destination immediately.*Please try to solve the matter as soon as possible.*Below am providing you the details of my flight.**Passenger name-Asha*Flight no- Indigo *E****AIRLINE PNR- UGDJ*T
