The issue in GetHuman-panxer's own words
I purchased the "Daplie: Connecting without the Cloud" product back in January **, **** for $*** because I believed in the product and wanted something secure. This product was supposed to be released within a year and the developer was supposed to constantly provide updates*chats to keep everyone informed. The developer stopped chatting about the progress and on occasion, would release an update only saying they were still working and pushing the release date again. This release time has been pushed back several times already and they are still nowhere close to finishing the product. Since the refund timeframe is over, I tried contacting customer service through email, but no one has ever responded back to me. I PM'the owner Bryson C. Hill for a refund since the overall product has changed (became a blockchain service that requires mining or purchasing coin to use the device), I had to buy other alternatives due to the constant delay of the product, and there was no reply contact or updates letting us know what was going on. Bryson did respond, but only said "I’m not able to process a refund at this time." This makes me worried he has already spent the money and has no way out. I asked him when he would be able too, he said "not sure." I tried accessing the daplie.com website and the website is down, which makes me think he took the money and ran. I understand there are risks to this and things get delayed, but I feel like this was a scam...limited communication, product changes (even the two main guys split in * directions), and the website going down (especially since they would be hosting the Daplie URL for me). **I would like this to be resolved by giving me a refund on the product or cancel the charge to my credit card as a scam.**Thank you for your time and consideration.
