I ordered BlueSmart luggage. I paid for four pieces. I paid $***. **Firstly, when I found out the bags are not accepted at many airports I wanted to cancel my order. The company would not respond. They sent pieces anyway. **Secondly, I ONLY received two of the four pieces. When I contacted you several times I was told to contact Bluesmart but they never responded and as you know by now they are no longer in business. **I NEVER received the full order yet paid the full price.
