As a Deputy Police Chief at Indiana University North Suburban Region Hospitals, I would like to share details about the upcoming 1st Annual IAHSS Indiana Chapter Collaborative Golf Outing on October 5, [redacted], at Brookshire Golf Course in Carmel, Indiana. We are seeking hole sponsors, teams of 4 participants, and donations for the post-event raffle. Hole sponsorship is $[redacted], and a team of 4 can join for $[redacted]. The fundraising goes towards the IAHSS annual Hospital Police & Security Collaborative Meeting in [redacted], focusing on healthcare safety topics like Active Threats, Domestic Violence, and Opioid Addiction concerning Indiana hospitals. I have been attempting to reach out to my customer relationship representative, Jacob Romine, but the email address seems to be invalid. I am inquiring about my current representative and how I can get in touch with them. I am also seeking clarification regarding my season tickets since the team came to Indianapolis. As a Vietnam Veteran rated [redacted]% disabled, my mobility is limited. I was informed that for a fee of $[redacted], I would secure my usual seats and be eligible for parking in either the South lot or Lot 3. Unfortunately, due to illness, I had to sell my tickets for the December 18th game through the Colts exchange service. I received a notification that they were sold and was given invoice K[redacted]9. My season ticket account number is [redacted]. Despite this, I have not yet received the proceeds from the sale. I have tried contacting Ticketmaster multiple times without any response to my phone calls or emails. I would appreciate any assistance in locating my payment. Thank you. Mike Smith
