Account holder name, Billing address, Date of birth, and Last 4 digits of Social Security number

I tried calling customer service over ** times! I've tried using ALL different forms of combos (including your suggestion of hitting *, then *, then *, waiting then pressing *) and it still looped me through their system. *THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! All I want to know is where is my new card and when will I recieve it?? THAT IS IT....VERY SIMPLE! They sent me a letter saying it should be here by the end of June, and it is now close to the middle of July!! They say call the toll free number, and they are available **-*, but that simply is not true. *I NEED HELP PLEASE!!
