Figure out when and IF I’m getting my money back that was stolen from me. ... My information got compromised and my entire account got wiped out, spent in other countries. I called yesterday and the guy on the phone said he cancelled my card and is sending me a new one but I just checked my account online and my negative balance keeps growing. I’m also not sure if they are going to be able to get my money back put on my card and how long it will take if so. I also don’t know if I’m supposed to be doing something in the meantime other than waiting for a new card to come in the mail and watch my account go deeper and deeper into the negative balance. As of right now about $*** in charges was fraudulent. I also want more detailed information on the transactions that are being completed and would like them emailed to me. The man that I spoke to on the phone was not very helpful or informative with this situation. So at this point I literally have no idea what is going on or how my account is getting deeper in the hole if he did in fact cancel my card.
I have absolutely no access to any money. I had every dollar on there. I don’t even have peace of mind that I will get my money back. A LOT of money was clearly stolen from me and they did not comfort me at all on how or if this would be fully fixed, if at all.
I want them to tell me what they are doing to get my money back... if anything at all. I also want to know when I’ll get my money back if I do.
I’ve been a customer for about * months. I thought they would have a better protection service and be able to ensure me things would get fixed instead of me worrying and stressing every minute since this has happened.
