The issue in GetHuman-sseefus's own words
A representative from your company called to discuss how sponsoring our jobs would help us get better and more applicants. I explained to your representative that our budget is extremely tight, but we would agree to try it for a few days. For that service we were charged $**.** on July **. Unfortunately, the results from using your sponsor service were no different from us not paying to post our job.**Unbelievably, a couple of weeks later we received another charge from Indeed for $***.**. The charge was declined due to available funds. However, we called and spoke with Brittany Johnson and asked what was going on. She was unable to explain it, but said that Indeed had sponsored a job for us. We told her that one of our jobs WAS sponsored and it was for only a few days AND that we had been charged already. We further explained that Indeed was putting through this charge without our permission* and if they had sponsored one of our jobs it had not led to any additional candidates or better candidates. We respectfully requested that the charges be dropped and she stated that she would talk to her manager and have someone call us. **No one from Indeed called and on ******, you ran $***.** through our American Express. I am disputing this charge because we only used your sponsorship ONE TIME and that was to try it out. It was not effective AND on top of it, your company suspended our ability to post one of our jobs. **I have been using Indeed for years, but this situation is JUST WRONG and unless you resolve it I will not use your service. In addition, I will make sure all my other friends who own businesses are aware of how you scammed my account and do not follow through in communicating with your clients. **I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.
