I have a company in which the state runs in funds in my home and (indeed) keeps blocking my ability to post positions. It’s hard enough to get people. The people that apply don’t listen to the requirements. I can’t tell you how many people don’t have a drivers license. Or ask me to call them and they don’t have a phone number. I’ve had people working in my home with my son for ** years. And (indeed) made it harder than ever. Literally the state of Texas comes in and checks my home several times a year because we have guardianship. We have a tax ID number and state comes in three times a month through a program called Easter Seals which is nationwide. This is the fourth time that ( Indeed) has blocked our ability to post I almost find it as harassment and Discrimination. I can respect that (indeed) wants quality people posting that we would not be your problem.
