I recently applied for a technical writing position at Halfaker and Associates through the Indeed app. While I could upload my resume, I encountered difficulties trying to attach a cover letter on the site. Despite using the "Add Cover Letter" tool, it was slow and my content kept getting erased after several attempts, leaving me frustrated. Given the importance of including a cover letter detailing my qualifications, I have now prepared it on Microsoft Word. Is there an alternate method I could use to submit this cover letter to Halfaker and Associates? Thank you, Robert C. Jaques.

I am experiencing trouble recovering my resume on Indeed. It seems to have been replaced with incorrect information resulting in job applications with inaccurate details. I have invested considerable time trying to fix this issue, impacting my ability to secure employment. The correct resume was stored on Indeed, but now an incomplete version is being submitted to potential employers. This has been incredibly frustrating as it has hindered my job search. I urgently need assistance as I am currently unemployed for two months, without health insurance, and struggling to make ends meet. I hope to rectify this situation promptly to avoid further setbacks. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I recently received an email informing me about a review I supposedly posted anonymously about my current employer. To my shock, the review not only used my title but also contained negative feedback. Despite my attempts, I was unable to delete the review, leading me to delete my account, only to discover I had two accounts. The review, which includes my actual job title, poses a serious threat to my position at King and Spalding LLP in Atlanta. I labeled myself as "non-associate" but my true title, Associate Facilities Director and Administrative Operations, was revealed in the review, possibly taken from my resume on Indeed. I hoped that deleting my account would remove the review, but unfortunately, it did not. The platform did not allow easy access to reviews for deletion like Glassdoor. This situation has put my job at risk, and I urgently need assistance in removing this review to avoid potential legal consequences.

I recently applied to a job that is starting to look like a scam based on the details provided. The position is for a Front Desk Receptionist at Oxley Cabinets in Delray Beach, FL, offering $16 to $18 per hour. The responsibilities listed seem reasonable for an office role, but then I received an email redirecting me to a personal assistant position. I have all the email exchanges and need guidance on how to address this with Indeed. I am frustrated as I am actively seeking genuine job opportunities, not scams like this. I appreciate any help that can be provided. Thank you. - B. Komish

Recently, our company's name and an employee's email were used in three fake job listings on Indeed. When applicants applied, they were directed to submit information to unrelated email addresses. Though we couldn't locate the listings, we've received calls regarding them. I possess three emails from an applicant with fake contact emails and wish to send them to Indeed for investigation. I'm worried about the people who responded to the false listings and their potential identity theft. Thank you for assisting.

I am reaching out on behalf of CTI Consulting regarding a discrepancy in our Company Reviews section. The review dated 6/5/18 does not align with the experience of any current or former CTI staff members. We recently hired a Senior Recruiter on 6/4/18, who is performing excellently. Additionally, we have just promoted another team member, who has been with us since 11/14/16, to the role of Senior Recruiter on 6/20/18. Prior to these recent changes, the only other Senior Recruiter besides myself, Bernie Diaz, who is approaching my 5-year anniversary with the company, was employed. For accurate feedback, I invite you to review the Glassdoor Reviews provided by our team members at: [redacted]. I kindly request to speak directly with an Indeed Representative for further clarification rather than corresponding via email. Please reach me at [redacted].

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to inquire about the attachment file options. In my line of work as a graphic designer, visuals speak louder than words. However, I have faced challenges when applying for jobs as the file size limitations and restrictions on attaching multiple files hinder my ability to showcase my portfolio. I recently received a message from an employer requesting a resume, salary requirements, and portfolio for consideration. How can I be considered for the position if I am unable to attach my portfolio? Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Shawn H. I received a call from someone claiming to be from Tech Mahindra offering me a back office job at HDFC Bank. They took my introduction over the phone and asked me to pay [redacted] rupees to apply for the job. I filled out a form that HDFC Bank sent me via email, printed it out, and sent a photocopy to them. Then they asked me to pay [redacted] rupees. They mentioned that my training would be in 3 months and I would receive a refund later. I paid the [redacted] rupees at a cyber cafe to their account. Later, they asked for copies of my documents which I emailed to them. I received an email with a joining letter but it had no joining date or venue, instead it asked me to pay [redacted] rupees for a laptop and hard disk to join. I found this suspicious and refused as the amount was unreasonable. They assured me of a refund but now when I call, no one answers or responds. I just want my refund of [redacted] and [redacted] rupees back.

I recently submitted a review for my previous employer, W.W. Grainger, as a Senior Sourcing Specialist, around July 20th or 21st. I now urgently need this review taken down. I didn't intend to provide feedback, but it was a required step to update my resume. I have since realized that any mention of my former employer on the internet or social media violates my Legal Separation Agreement. I have already contacted indeed.com about this issue, but I am reaching out here as well for immediate assistance in removing the review promptly. I am counting on Indeed.com to address this matter urgently.

We are a marketing agency in Oberhausen, Germany, representing the company "3D-Kurierdienst." I recently checked on three employment ads we posted on indeed, and I discovered that two of them had been removed. Upon investigating, I found out that these ads were duplicated with the exact text from our client's website, even though our client did not authorize them. This situation is preventing our legitimate ads from being visible on indeed.com. Here are the links to the ads that were not posted by us: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] 3. [redacted] I am seeking assistance to have these unauthorized ads taken down to ensure that our client receives applications only through the official postings. Thank you for your attention and support.

I reached out to an employer on Indeed for a personal assistant position that offered $[redacted].00 per week with a company named Kellogg. Following their instructions, I attended training, where they gave me a $[redacted].00 check - $[redacted].00 for errands and $[redacted].00 as my salary. Unfortunately, the checks turned out to be fake, and now Kellogg has vanished from your website. I left one of my jobs to work for them and I am struggling financially as a recent college graduate with loans and rent to pay. I am in desperate need of a legitimate job. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could assist me in finding a trustworthy job. If not, I may have to seek assistance from the Attorney General and Consumer Fraud for legal recourse. It is essential that your company takes action against such illegal activities to protect others who have been deceived. Thank you.

Our employee has received spam emails claiming someone is no longer interested in a job at our company. The email, supposedly from Indeed (employers-noreply@), includes a link to an update status page, which seems suspicious as we have no such listing. We are reaching out to Indeed to verify the page's legitimacy and to investigate who is behind this. Please advise on any additional information needed. Thank you. - OLLU ITS Infrastructure Team.

I submitted a review for the company I am employed with. It is concerning that it is taking several days for my review to be approved and posted. I would appreciate swift action to have my review published promptly. Every employee's feedback, including that of maintenance workers, is crucial for Stonemor's reputation. It is imperative for my review to be visible by July 30th, [redacted]. If my status as a maintenance worker at Stonemor's Grandview Cemetery is in question, I am willing to provide contact information to verify my employment. I started working at Stonemor on October 16, [redacted], and I am eager for my review to be shared on your platform without further delay. Thank you for addressing this matter earnestly.

I recently received an email regarding a job application I submitted to Horizon Global LLC through Indeed. The email requested that I contact [redacted] on Google Hangouts. Following a lengthy text conversation starting at 5 p.m., "C" informed me of my $30/hour pay at 7. They also mentioned the requirement of setting up a home office. Suspecting a potential check cashing scam, they offered a check for around $10,[redacted] for office supplies. If needed, I can provide transcripts. Noticing that the contact email did not match the official website, lacking the "llc" domain, confirmed it as a scam. I wanted to alert others about this situation. I will also reach out to the real Horizon Global. Regards, L. Hart

Hello, Could you kindly consider adding a date to indicate when a vacancy has been closed or removed from your platform? This transparency would greatly benefit job seekers by helping them stay informed. Providing such information may enhance the user experience and further establish trust between your website and its users. Given the constantly evolving job market, it would be beneficial if employers could also include a brief explanation for why a role has been removed, such as being filled or due to changes in the business profile. This extra step could improve the overall applicant experience and potentially lead to more successful matches between job seekers and employers. Thank you for considering these suggestions to enhance your service. Best regards.

I am facing a serious issue with a company called NPC Delivery Services. After doing some research, I realized it is a fraudulent company. I found the job listing on Indeed.com and a person named Ronald Canchola has been corresponding with me regarding packages. Despite involving the police, no progress has been made in tracking him or the company down. When I tried to search for the company online, I found a similar but slightly different name that is likely how they deceived me initially. I urge you to investigate this matter to prevent others from falling victim to this scam. Thank you.

I am currently job hunting on Indeed and received two suspicious emails claiming to have job openings as personal assistants. The emails are oddly similar, mentioning they are Chief Human Resources Officers at Sullivan Cotter & Associates, one supposedly in Laos and the other in Chicago. The senders, Randall Laurie and Charles Murray, are contacting me through [redacted] and [redacted] I am concerned that scammers are misusing Indeed's platform to target job seekers like me. I would like to report this issue to the appropriate authorities but unsure if it should be directed to the State Attorney or Texas where Indeed is based. It's alarming how vulnerable job seekers are to such deceptive practices. I have saved all the correspondence and seek assistance in addressing this matter. -Sincerely, Pamela J
