About * weeks ago, incredimail charged*my Mastercard **.** to renew my subscription. Since then I have received several notices that my subscription is expiring. I have replied to them several times with proof that I have already paid to renew. This has been to no avail, because I just received another notice from them saying I have one day left to renew. If they cancel my subscription, I will lose all of my e-mail information. They need to correct this issue immediately, or the next person I will contact will be my lawyer! I need them to send a confirmation to me that the matter has been corrected.
I trust that IncrediMail Ltd. will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
