I am in room ***,*** is above me at InTown Suits,** Oxmoor Rd, Birmingham, Al.*****. I have been over a year and for about *.* months I've had a hole in the roof that leaks water, black stuff that looks like **** droppings from the ceiling above my head in the shower. Now I pay over $*** a month and shouldn't be subjected to this negligence. Please help me with this cause I suppose to pay $*** again on the **th , yet I am not paying anything until they fix my roof. They lied to say no-one was in *** to shut me up. I pay $**** montly not to live confortly is out of the question. ASAP Help me
We dont know what this black stuff dropping down in our shower is and we shouldnt have to pay until its fixed. They are not complying with us.
Moving the person above us or move us until the leak above us is fixed and the hole in the ceiling , above our shower ,is sealed but i would rather people above us to be moved until they resolve the problem cause whenever they take a shower it leaking ang dropping into our shower.
I have been here one year and its been this way. We pay our rent every week on time and sometimes a day or so early.
We have told them everyday about our issues and they would try to patch up and its not working but the hole has never been filled in since we been here.
