If I can be brief, basically I've been staying here since March of last year. I'm always on time with my payments and I really have appreciated being here while working in Houston. However, this past week I've had to pay on a nightly basis YouTube my schedule and the possibility of having to leave for the weekend or what have you. Anyways Thursday I paid for one night Friday I prayed for another three nights, and then at some point during this weekend another charge for $**.** came out of my account to InTown Suites. Keep in mind the receipt I received Friday after paying for * nights show the balance due of $***.** after paying $*** and some change. So this morning I contacted the manager just took make sure she got the charge that somehow through without my doing and if she could confirm so I wouldn't know the Charge went toward my room and that my information wasn't compromised . and also I wanted to be sure I was covered for today. But there isn't any record another payment being made my balance due now is no longer $*** it's down to ** indicating that another charge came through on my folio however I'm being told that payment for today is still do and it's late so they'll be an additional $** and that all the money that have been paid only brought me to today. It's actually pretty simple I have been information from my bank along with the receipts from my recent payments and also the New Balance according to the system all confirms that today has been paid for in cover but I'm not even able to leave my room because my keys were deactivated before noon we wouldn't have even been considered late and as hours speaking to the manager to see things stood as far as the charge because I would have to dispute the transaction if no one who works here can explain to me what happened which has already locked my card and add me just about ready to to pack it up when it's simple. All I'm asking from someone is to pull my folio and verify all of the transactions that are processed because of charge definitely went through to InTown Suites it's completed not pending the money is already gone however I've been threatened with late fees and can't leave my room because I wouldn't be able to get back in without paying which I've already done and although I could pay the feet and work all of this out later I've been in too long and spent a lot of money and we're very hard for my Monday morning to even start like this so I haven't made any additional payments and I get to sit here turn contact everyone I possibly can to get my resolved so I can go to work and carry on with my day but if I have to be a banker and a InTown Suites guest manager * accounting * investigator or whatever else is required I definitely don't mind being a team player and doing a couple of people's jobs for them but I know within the next few hours if the issue isn't resolved then someone's going to knock on my door then I'm really going to be asked to leave and I don't see a single reason why every document I said the same thing but it's not a concern for the people working here I guess. I'm sending this message with hope some type of resolution.
