I want to thank Sabrina in Customer Service for the two complimentary meal cards she sent me regarding a disappointing dining experience in March. The meals were warm, tasty, and much better than in March. However, what I observed appeared to be two, possibly three employees either being new to the job or maybe not fully trained in the sequencing of getting orders together and completed, for both counter service or drive-up. Or maybe the training is different at your Monterey location--like strictly "OTJ." Over the past ** years, from San Diego to Santa Maria, CA I've seen finely tuned staff working incredibly well and not stopping multiple times to revisit the order tickets to see what else was needed for completing the order. But hopefully this will improve. The striking thing was for the ** minutes my wife and I were inside ordering and dining none of the tables were ever wiped down. Customers were very good about disposing their wrappers and containers in the trash receptacles but in this time of the Pandemic, no one wiped down a single table in ** minutes. And, there were never more than ** to ** customers inside. with tables turning over about every ** to ** minutes. There was reduced seating with every other table having signage about not sitting there. I assume there is a manager at the Monterey location who gets out on the floor at least occasionally?**Good Luck, and no response is needed. I mean this as a friendly "heads up."**Gary Miller
