My disabled parking placard, with the number CC02886, expired in May and I didn't receive a renewal letter. I believe this might be due to a previous address change from [redacted] Toronto Road apt 2, Springfield, Ill to my current address at [redacted] Barrybrook Ct. Springfield, Ill. [redacted]. Please assist me in renewing my placard. Thank you. - G.E. Bale, 05/08/47

I had a ticket for no proof of insurance and other charges and attended court with my insurance proof, but it was not brought up, and no one asked for my card. I tried to show the state's attorney, but he wasn't interested. Now I got arrested for driving on a suspended license and plates due to the earlier insurance issue. I was legal with insurance, brought proof, paid a $[redacted] bond, and my van got impounded. Being homeless, my belongings are in the van, and I can't afford the impound fees. This situation isn't fair, and I need help. Why wasn't the ticket or my proof addressed in court to prevent this? Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

My issue is straightforward. My Disabled Driver Parking Placard expired on May 31, [redacted]. I did not receive any correspondence from the Illinois Secretary of State explaining the renewal process for another four years, expiring on May 31, [redacted]. I have attempted to contact the Illinois Secretary of State's office for Customer Service numerous times, but all phone lines seem constantly busy. When I do get through, I am placed on hold for an estimated forty-five minutes, only to be disconnected by the SOS. The situation is frustrating and unacceptable.

I am 74 years old and have been trying to re-enroll in the Illinois Medicare/Medicaid system, specifically Illinicare. I previously had this coverage but lost it due to not submitting a required form. Despite my efforts to re-enroll, I have faced numerous challenges. Long hours on hold, dropped calls, unprocessed online applications, and unhelpful staff at the DHS office have made it extremely difficult to regain my coverage. This stressful situation has even affected my health. Moving from Wisconsin, where I had no issues with enrollment, to Illinois has been a frustrating experience. I am currently experiencing another long hold time as I try once again to speak to someone about getting my Illinicare coverage reinstated. The lack of assistance and numerous obstacles in this process have been overwhelming.

As a senior enrolled in Illinicare, a Medicare/Medicaid Insurance plan, I recently got cut off from coverage for not submitting a form as instructed. Since May 31st, I have been without insurance. Despite multiple attempts to reach Illinicare for re-enrollment, I faced exceedingly long wait times. During a five-hour hold, I was disconnected after briefly speaking with a representative. Yesterday, 75 people were in line ahead of me, and today it was 53. These extended hold times are unmanageable. I'm frustrated as I am entitled to coverage but unable to obtain it. My details are as follows: Anne Zoe Clark, born on 6/22/44, last 4 of social: [redacted], Address: [redacted] W. Central, Arlington Heights, IL [redacted]. ([redacted]). I have slight hearing impairment, so please ring twice if I can't hear the call.

I recently received a red light ticket in New York City. The ticket shows an Illinois truck plate with the word "Illinois" in red and a continuous number [redacted]. However, my car plate has a blue Illinois logo with the number [redacted] and a blue color on top, with a space between the numbers. Is it common for Illinois to issue the same plate number in different colors? I have appealed to New York, providing evidence with photos of my plate showing the difference, but my appeal was denied. I have now filed a second appeal with them. I have also contacted the Illinois D.O.T. for assistance. If anyone can help me with this discrepancy, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Glenn A. from Hanover Park, Illinois.

I recently placed an order for a good standing on Midas Guo Properties LLC. The payment seems to have gone through successfully, but I encountered issues printing the receipt and did not receive the good standing certificate as expected. This occurred around 10 minutes ago. I am eager to obtain the certificate without being double-charged. Could you please confirm the payment on your end and assist me in acquiring the good standing certificate? The cardholder for this transaction is J.S. Thank you.

I have a ticket in my name for a violation caught on my daughter's car, where she is the primary owner and driver. The ticket first arrived in her name, depicting a red light violation, and she attempted to pay using her visa card, mistakenly providing her child support card details months later. Consequently, the ticket was issued in my name. I am not refusing to pay but want to ensure it is under the correct person. I do not drive nor pay for this car, and I am not looking to have a driving record or insurance implications due to this error. I kindly request for the ticket to be transferred to my daughter's name, Anastacia Kranz, so we can settle the payment promptly. I am committed to clearing this once the ownership details are rectified to avoid any misunderstandings, as the violation should belong to the actual driver of the vehicle.

I believe I have received unjust parking tickets. The yellow '18 tag was showing on my disability plate, but I actually had applied the '19 tag. It seems like the '19 tag might have fallen off or been removed, as only the '18 tag was visible. I need a written statement from you to prove to the local court that I applied and purchased the '19 tag. Additionally, I was ticketed for not displaying a disability parking placard, which I thought was not required when having disability plates. Can you clarify this for me? These tickets have caused me distress, and a formal statement from you would help resolve the issue before my court date on 6/20/19. I have been disabled since '89 and have been a law-abiding driver. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Robert H. S. at [redacted] Linder Ct. Oak Forest, Il. [redacted].

Hello, I am Cheryl Wood. I submitted an online complaint on 5/6/19 regarding a fraudulent notarization by Judith Hunt. I have not received any confirmation that my complaint was received, or information on any actions taken since. The document in question was taken to Judith Hunt by my ex-husband, Gene Wood, signed, and then notarized two days later. I did not personally appear before Judith Hunt, sign any notary book, or provide a thumbprint. Nonetheless, she notarized the document, falsely stating I appeared before her. This document is now part of a civil lawsuit in San Bernardino County, California Superior Court (Case # CIVDS [redacted]). I am requesting an update on the status of this complaint. Thank you, Cheryl Wood.

I am Yevgeniya A., a French citizen residing in France. I am a widow of Allet H., also a French citizen, who passed away on April 21, [redacted]. As per French law, I am entitled to a portion of my late husband's pension. However, there is a complication as he was previously married and divorced from Linda Susan D. (formerly Gustafson), an American citizen residing in Illinois. My notary requires proof of Linda's current marital status - whether single, married, or cohabiting. I have located Linda in Illinois and requested a marriage certificate. She has sent me the document, but now the French law demands that I authenticate it with an apostille. I'm unsure of what steps to take next. Any assistance on how to proceed in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My driver's license needed to be renewed in April [redacted], so I visited the DMV for the renewal. I was under the impression that my new license would be compliant with the updated security measures, but I found out that it is not. I am frustrated because I would have to go back and renew it again even though the new requirements were not in place when I renewed it initially. It's disappointing that Illinois did not plan and execute this well, especially since I have a planned trip later this year and could have faced financial losses because of this oversight. My license is lacking the necessary star. I am seeking an explanation as to why we have to go through this process multiple times when it could have been done in a single step.

I bought a new vehicle on September 21, [redacted], and my trade-in has not been paid off yet. I want Ward Chrysler in Carbondale, IL to be looked into. I also need to know the duration of validity for the temporary power of attorney I signed. Waiting for 29 business days seems too long, especially when they accepted my cash payment on September 23, [redacted]. Thank you, Jennifer S.

I'm looking for copies of forms used by towing companies to comply with Illinois statutes regarding towing vehicles authorized by police discretion. I believe there are interagency forms that are not for public use, and I need to identify them. Specifically, I want to know which forms are required for a towing service to forfeit a vehicle owner's title. I also need information on how Secretary of State police investigations are conducted. I suspect mistakes have been made in accepting forms at face value without proper verification. I'm struggling to find the right person to address my concerns and receive a thorough response regarding the system's procedures. I hope to resolve these issues and improve trust in Illinois' regulatory processes.

I visited the Lombard facility twice to get my real ID, but they said my residence documents weren't accepted. Can I use my Social Security statement instead? What about a mortgage statement with my name on it or a Visa credit card from a Credit Union? I also heard the Lombard facility now opens on Mondays only for processing real IDs. Is this correct? If so, what time do they open on Mondays?

I am seeking assistance regarding a vehicle I purchased after seeing an ad on eBay for a [redacted] BMW X6 described to be in excellent condition. I contacted the seller in Villa Park, IL, and bought the car since I live in San Diego, CA. However, upon receiving the vehicle, I discovered engine and lights malfunction codes. The BMW certified shop identified rust issues that affect the vehicle's reliability and safety. I requested a full refund and the return of the car, but the seller refused. They failed to disclose the rust problem, and I cannot drive the car as it is still at the repair shop. I appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Best regards, R. Salas

I had an experience at the Joliet, IL testing center on 12-28-19 regarding the vision test for my driver's license renewal. I encountered an issue with the personnel not being adequately trained to test customers with corrected mono-vision contact lenses. Despite explaining my eye condition, the original tester had difficulty administering the test effectively. Only two columns were visible to me, and the third appeared white. After some confusion, a more skilled staff member re-tested me differently and passed me through. It was a stressful situation that was resolved with the help of the second staff member.

I purchased a car with VIN 5YJSA1H13EFP63258 in IL on Jan 7th. I'm unable to track the title using the website for registration purposes in California. The site advises contacting the Secretary of State or calling 1-[redacted], which doesn't work due to my area code. My temporary IL tags expire on 2/10, and I'm keen to register the car in CA before then. Could you please tell me the status of the title? It's under my name, Noah H., at [redacted] Buena Vista Dr, Newark CA.
