My PUA payment stopped at the end of February. I continue to certify, but no payment. I received an email asking that I login and "View Correspondence *... " I login, go to "View Correspondence," I click on the claim number they sent me and nothing happens. PDF doesn't open and I can't view what I need to do. I normally certify on Tuesday's, but I didn't want to waste time so I logged in around *:**pm. Anyone else been asked to view correspondence and they can't??

I finally got a callback after waiting over three weeks. I asked them to explain why my unemployment benefit had stopped. They explained that they were still working on updating the PUA benefit info. They also indicated that I would be receiving payment this week and to continue certifying. I get my payments on Thursday, but website says I’ll get on Friday.
