I filed a claim and got the letter from ides in the mail. My first certification was for the last week I worked and my first week off. I got paid for the week off. After that I tried to certify * weeks later and got an error message that I'd exceeded my benefit and had to file a new claim. Hundreds of attempts to contact ides via phone and email unanswered. So I filed a new claim. When the next letter for certification date came later, I tried to certify again. I got the same message again. A week later and still not working, it no longer even let me attempt to certify and said I had no claim open and needed to contact ides, which of course you cant get through to anyone. I've been trying to get ahold of anyone at ides for * months now.
