I received an email from Ikea on September **, **** stating my order was being processed. They gave me an estimated delivery date of September **, ****. I have not received the item and have had no further updates from Ikea. When I go to the website to track my order, the status still shows it’s being processed. When I call Ikea and select the prompts to check my order, the automated message states they are unable to take my call. I can’t send an email to ask a question because they are only accepting order cancellations via email. *I want to know how I can speak to a person to check the current status of my order.
