On Sunday, we received our Ammero gazebo which we had ordered online on **** and paid £** delivery.*When we tried to assemble it, we found that one of the bolt holes in one of the side panel was misaligned and therefore the bottom of the two panels could not be bolted together.*I waited over an hour on the phone ringing customer services. Eventually I got to speak to Katie, Sheffield CSC Team *, who assured me that she would mark it as urgent and somebody would ring either Sunday or at the latest on Monday (today). I tried to ring again this evening but after ** minutes I gave up.

GetHuman-dianehoy did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
