Hi I have received the wrong item on order no. ***-********, my customer wanted the higher unit so that is why we paid the £*** * delivery not the £** * delivery, I have fitted the lower unit which my customer is not happy with, can you let me know what we can do regarding the payment and the wrong unit, it took so long the be delivered obviously due to the virus but very upsetting for me and my customer, anyway please help me in this touchy subject regards Brian Lee
