On June 22, [redacted], I contacted Customer Service to include a missing product in my online Ikea order placed by the representative. I paid for the added item online after the request was sent via email. Despite receiving an email confirming my order with a delivery date of 7.15.20, I have yet to receive the item. The website shows no information about this order, unlike the other items from the same purchase that arrived 2 weeks ago. It has been 4 weeks since the order, and I am seeking guidance on how to proceed in getting the missing item. I recently received my IKEA order ([redacted]35) from XPO Logistics, but unfortunately, I am missing (6) parts and received (3) incorrect parts. When the delivery team arrived, I informed them about the missing items, but they advised me to contact IKEA. I requested to have the missing items noted on the delivery receipt, but I was told it wasn't their procedure. I tried reaching out to IKEA within the 48-hour window, but my calls got disconnected due to high call volumes. I then used the IKEA email form but was informed they were only processing emails related to order cancellations at the time. I am hoping to either receive the missing parts or a refund for them.

I purchased 2 Lerhyttan doors for £60 each with a £9.95 delivery fee. Only one door was delivered on July 21st, despite ordering two. The delivery driver confirmed this and advised me to contact Ikea. After failed attempts to reach Ikea by phone and web chat, I visited the store with the remaining door, receipt, and DPD photograph. Unfortunately, the manager redirected me to DPD for a refund. I then contacted DPD, and they informed me that Ikea needs to initiate an investigation. I have received multiple emails regarding my order number [redacted]68, stating that the delivery date is July 20. However, today is July 24, and Delivery Company XPO Logistics shows the package has been "out for delivery" since July 20. When I contacted them, they explained that the date is auto-generated and the package hasn't reached their warehouse yet. Despite the delay, I'm aware of the current situation with increased shipping times due to COVID-19 and high volumes. I would appreciate a reliable estimated time of arrival so I can make arrangements for someone to receive the delivery. Attempts to contact IKEA customer service have been unsuccessful so far. Their email responses are limited to cancellations, and my social media inquiries have gone unanswered. I am simply looking for a clear ETA.

Our Ikea kitchen is set to arrive tomorrow, and unfortunately, we are in need of a dishwasher. Our builder will be starting work tomorrow for a few days, so time is of the essence. Despite speaking with Elenor, who has been very helpful, we have not been able to locate the specific dishwasher we need. We are looking for the Rengroa at £[redacted].00, Skinanda at £[redacted].00, or Hygiensk at £[redacted].00. It seems we can only purchase an Ikea dishwasher as our kitchen layout requires it. On June 11, [redacted], I placed an order scheduled for delivery on July 25, [redacted], with order number [redacted]02. Earlier this week, I received a call indicating the delivery would arrive on the specified date between 9am and 9pm. I was expecting updated delivery window information on Friday, July 24, and a call when the delivery was 30 minutes away on Saturday. Unfortunately, despite waiting all day Saturday, there was no delivery or contact regarding the delay. My attempts to reach IKEA and XPO Logistics customer services were unsuccessful. Seeking a refund of the $49 delivery fee for the unacceptable lack of communication and delivery no-show. I acknowledge delays due to COVID-19 but urge for better communication moving forward. Unable to reach customer service by phone, exploring email communication for updates on the furniture delivery date is my next step.

On the 12th of July, we ordered 58 items from Ikea, totaling €[redacted], with a promised delivery date of the 21st of July at 8am. Unfortunately, on the 20th of July at 2:12pm, Ikea notified us that due to one out-of-stock item, the delivery was postponed to the 28th. Despite sending three emails, we received no response. Living in an unfurnished house with three young children, I incurred delivery charges of €70. Ikea's lack of customer service, with no reachable phone number, and unanswered emails, is frustrating. Residing in Holland adds to the challenge of communicating with Ikea. I am requesting immediate delivery of the items, a refund of the delivery charges, and an apology for the inconvenience caused.

I have been trying to contact IKEA about a refund for delivery fees, but have not received a response despite sending multiple emails. IKEA failed to honor the original delivery date and cited a lack of two-person delivery teams due to Covid-19 and driver shortages. I was only notified of the delivery cancellation on the scheduled date, and placed my order before IKEA closed stores due to Covid-19. When the products were finally delivered (which were not large items), it was only a one-person delivery instead of the promised two-person service. IKEA's customer service is lacking, as they only seem to communicate through unhelpful automated responses to customer queries and complaints via email.

On July 7, [redacted], around 4:29 PM, I was at the IKEA distribution center in Joliet, IL, looking for an empty trailer. Unfortunately, in the extreme heat, my tractor sustained damage when it hit what I thought was a speed bump but turned out to be a lifted driveway due to the heat. The impact caused damage to the sides and under frame of my tractor. I had to call a tow truck to remove it, incurring costs of $[redacted].00, and additional repair costs of about $[redacted].00 have been estimated by Freightliner. So far, I paid a $[redacted].00 deductible. My insurance company mentioned that I might not be reimbursed unless IKEA takes responsibility. I have been trying to contact them with no luck. I recently placed an order with IKEA, and unfortunately, two bookcases were missing from my delivery. Despite being listed on the packing slip, they were not included in the shipment. I am looking to either receive the missing bookcases or a refund for them. We have photographic evidence of the delivered items and the packing list. Despite reaching out to Select Express for a warehouse search, they were unable to locate the bookcases and advised me to contact IKEA support. I have been attempting to contact IKEA since the delivery. My calls to IKEA have not connected me to a queue, and their online contact form does not allow for sending emails other than for order cancellations. Attempts to reach out via social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter have not yielded any resolution. While IKEA did notify me of a forthcoming refund for two missing picture frames, there was no mention of the missing bookcases - which were the main items in my order, with the smaller items added to maximize shipping efficiency. Due to the presence of a high-risk individual in my household, we are minimizing outside exposure and avoiding unnecessary trips, hence why visiting IKEA in person is not a viable option. Regarding order [redacted]49 My husband, J. K. emailed over a week ago to inquire about canceling a portion of this order but did not receive a response. The order was scheduled to be delivered yesterday 7.31.20, and we did not hear from anyone, nor did the truck show up. We are trying to understand if deliveries are being delayed beyond what is showing on our order. When will this actually be delivered? If it is not coming soon, we will need to cancel a portion of the order. We will have to find another closet solution and cancel ONLY the PAX portion of the order. We have been unable to order the other necessary pieces needed to put this closet together as two different sizes of the PAX wardrobes have been unavailable since we placed the original order. If we cannot get those pieces, the portion that has shipped will not work. We need to understand what is happening with our order. We are in need of 2 of the PAX Wardrobe frames: white 39 3/8x22 7/8x92 7/8" $[redacted].00 AND 2 of the PAX Wardrobe frames: white 29 1/2x13 3/4x92 7/8. If we cannot get these to ship in a reasonable amount of time or be able to drive 6.5 hours to the Draper Utah store to pick them up, we will need to cancel the PAX portion of the order but would like all other items to ship. Order [redacted]41 is currently set for delivery tomorrow, but it has not progressed beyond the first step of the delivery process. This is causing concern as my account shows no active orders. I have doubts about it reaching me on time based on the lack of progress and the shipping timeline. If possible, I would like IKEA to clarify the status of my order and provide an update on when to expect the delivery.

I made a significant order on the IKEA website on July 5, [redacted] (Order # [redacted]56) with a scheduled delivery on July 30, [redacted]. When the delivery team completed bringing in the boxes, they handed me a delivery confirmation sheet, leaving quickly. However, upon unpacking, I discovered that the TOFTLUND rug (Article no: [redacted].[redacted].41) was missing from the delivery. Despite repeated attempts to contact IKEA about the issue, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. I am seeking either a replacement of the missing rug or a refund for the item along with a credit for free shipping to reorder it without extra cost.

I ordered from IKEA online, and 2 bookcases were missing from my delivery. They were listed on the packing slip but not in the box. I want either the bookcases or a refund. However, the Billy Bookcase (Article no: [redacted].[redacted].50, qty 2) was missing. The delivery driver acknowledged this. I've contacted Select Express without any success, and they advised me to reach out to IKEA support. I have been trying to contact IKEA through multiple channels with no luck. While IKEA mentioned a refund for other missing items, they did not address the bookcases, which were the main reason for my order. Due to a high-risk individual at home, I cannot risk going to IKEA in person to resolve this issue.

I am experiencing delivery issues with my IKEA order via DPD. The package was delivered to the wrong address, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received a response. According to DPD, IKEA needs to initiate a signature dispute since they utilized DPD for the delivery. The parcel number is [redacted][redacted]. Upon checking the delivery details, the package was supposedly delivered with a photo of a different front door, not mine or my neighbor's. It is essential to locate the missing items promptly. I've already filled out a Resolver form without a resolution. The shelves were supposed to be delivered on 3/8/20 but were redirected to my home on 4/8/20, and now they are missing. Frustrated and seeking answers, I hope to resolve this matter promptly.

I would like to raise some concerns regarding the service I have experienced recently. I ordered furniture back in March and encountered multiple issues with the delivery process involving IKEA and DPD. Scheduled deliveries did not arrive without any prior notification. After contacting IKEA, new delivery dates were set, but some items were out of stock. After waiting for two months and making an expensive phone call, the missing items were finally delivered. Hello, I recently bought the Hemnes Bookshelf at the Minnesota store and I am quite dissatisfied with its quality. Firstly, there is a significant crack measuring over 12 inches long along the side of the unit. Secondly, the backing of the bookshelf did not fit properly and was uneven compared to the frame. Lastly, while attaching the screws to secure the backing, I had to go through a knot in the wood which caused cracking on the middle shelf and chipped off parts of the knot. Despite being a loyal IKEA customer with various furniture items, including a coffee table, bed frame, dining table, bookshelves, drawers, chairs, and bathroom shelving, I had never encountered such problems until now. I appreciate your products and am reaching out to see how this issue can be resolved. I have pictures available upon request if needed. Thank you for your attention.

I have been struggling to reach someone for assistance at the Sunrise IKEA in Fort Lauderdale regarding a recent purchase of a closet system. Despite being told all items were in stock, I faced issues upon arrival at the warehouse to pick up the items.
