We bought a rug the end of last year. I cannot see pasted purchases on family card to get right date. Rug still has a bump in it and causing a trip hazard. I don't have original packaging condition is not as new but not worn. Can an exchange* refund be made? Purchased from Nottingham branch.
GetHuman-lacook did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
