Ikea cancelled my order of a countertop in July because they said it had been too long. They cancelled a $***** order I paid for in advance and neither contacted me, or gave me a refund. They said I was contacted in July, however, I have no emails beyond the constant spam mail I get from them. Its now taking days to get my order back 'in the que' and obviously, there is no way to speak to a manager or responsible employee to actually take ownership of this mistake. I have provided my original paperwork, if I hadn't held onto it, they had no record of my transaction and would have been happy to have stolen my, again over $**** counter purchase price, gone forever. They need to put me to the front of the 'que' and provide some kind of restitution for the hours of wasted time and theft of my money.
GetHuman-hudaman did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
