I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent couch purchase in Ottawa. Upon arriving home, I discovered that there was no cover included. The store directed me to call the US customer service line, where after a lengthy 30-minute call, I was abruptly disconnected when I was being transferred. Upon redialing, Ikea's automated system made it challenging to even reach a representative, and to my dismay, I was informed that they were too busy to assist me. The issue is urgent as I require the gray EKTORP 3 seat sofa cover, which should have been included with my purchase as displayed in-store. The cover is priced at $99 in the US, while it is $79 in Canada. I earnestly seek resolution and the assistance of a live person to address this ongoing ordeal.

I drove from Leicester to IKEA in Nottingham today in torrential rain, spending almost 2 hours in traffic on the M1. I purchased 3 items – wireless light plugs and a control center. I talked to two staff members, one at the customer help desk and one on the store floor, making sure I had everything to set up the system immediately. Despite their assurances, I discovered I needed to buy a remote control to complete the setup. Feeling upset is an understatement. Firstly, receiving incorrect information from two staff members and then waiting on hold for 32 minutes on the customer service line, incurring more expenses, has left me frustrated. I am requesting IKEA to send me a remote control swiftly. If I have to return to the store, I will consider returning my purchases and avoid shopping there again. My trust in this company has been significantly shaken.

I received only three out of the five items I ordered from Ikea. Upon receiving the package, it contained only three items and a receipt. The order was placed on September 1, [redacted], and the package arrived approximately three weeks past the expected delivery date. I received an email prompting a customer feedback survey three days ago while still waiting for the remaining two items. Unfortunately, there is no tracking information available for the missing items, and my attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful due to the full hotline. I am seeking a refund for the two items that were not included in the delivery.

I made a purchase from IKEA on Sunday, September 30th, but had to cancel it in order to add another item. I didn't receive confirmation for the new order, so I placed it again. Subsequently, I got confirmation for two orders and canceled one of them. However, I have only received a refund for one order. I called IKEA this morning to inquire about the missing refund and to confirm the status of my order due tomorrow. After a 30-minute wait, I spoke to someone but got disconnected. I attempted to use one of the IKEA credit cards with 0% interest for purchasing a couch, but none of the staff in the Charlotte NC store could assist me with this process. Despite spending over 4 hours in the store, I was unable to get the necessary guidance. I then contacted IKEA corporate and explained the situation for over 2 hours, but no solution was provided. Furthermore, a promised call back from a supervisor regarding a partial refund did not occur. Consequently, I was forced to use a high-interest current credit card, despite being eligible for the IKEA card. I am disappointed by the lack of expertise from store staff and the unfulfilled promises from supervisors. I am hoping for further assistance or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

I ordered home lighting and was supposed to receive a phone call, but I never did. I visited Limassol Ikea, where they gave me the wrong order. They promised to send the correct one within 4 working days by post, but it's been over 2 weeks with no update. Despite being away, my electrician checked the P.O. Box regularly, but nothing arrived. Tomorrow, I'll have to make the trip from Paphos to Limassol to collect the order as Mr. Costas mentioned it's waiting at the shop since they couldn't locate the Paphos post office. It's been over a month from the initial order to no resolution. I request proper attention to this matter and compensation for the time lost waiting and traveling. I am eager to hear from you soon. I placed an order for countertops at Ikea-Renton. The template was created on Monday, 9/30, and now my order is on hold due to a payment issue. My order number is [redacted]40, and my receipt shows a payment of $2,[redacted].00. Wall to Wall mentioned the problem lies with Ikea. When I called Ikea for help, they couldn't resolve the issue, and they are not answering calls. I need assistance to resolve this quickly to get my countertops delivered. Thank you.

On the 27th of last month, I received delivery for order number [redacted]. The delivery person kindly placed the heavy bathroom cabinet in my hallway, considering my age of 73. I had to wait for my son, who is currently working in Iraq, to return home and assemble it. After a few weeks, we opened the undamaged packaging only to find the cabinet was damaged and couldn't be put together. I politely request a replacement for the damaged item. Thank you.

Hello! I recently purchased two desks from IKEA. Unfortunately, there seems to have been a mix-up with the delivery, leaving me with only the desk tops and not the legs. I have been attempting to contact customer service to resolve this matter, but have had no success in reaching a representative as the calls are not being answered. This has been incredibly frustrating for me. A kind woman from Parma, OH reached out and delivered the desk tops to me in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. However, the legs are still missing. I recently attempted to assemble an Alex 5-drawer filing cabinet. The parts list indicated there should be 16 wooden dowels, but I only received 15. After reviewing the instructions, I realized I actually need 22 dowels, leaving me 7 short. Could you please advise if you can send me the additional dowels, or if I need to visit my local Ikea in Norwich, Norfolk, UK? I have successfully assembled the main carcass and one drawer, but I am unable to complete the remaining 4 drawers due to the missing parts.

I have been a longtime Ikea fan. Three years ago, I invested in a $7,[redacted] Ikea kitchen that turned out beautifully. Recently, when ordering a bedroom set, I mistakenly assumed all the items would have smooth glide drawers like the nightstands I initially selected due to a lack of proper information on the website. Despite attempting to cancel the order right away, I faced a frustrating experience with customer service. After multiple failed attempts to cancel, I finally succeeded but encountered issues with the refund process. The delivery company even attempted to deliver items after cancellation. As of today, October 3, I have yet to receive my $[redacted].32 refund. If the issue persists by Monday, I plan to visit the Robinson Twp Ikea store in Pittsburgh for a resolution. I am in need of assistance regarding the missing long L-shaped rails for my Brimnes queen size bed with storage. The instruction booklet reference is aa-[redacted]-18, and I require two long metal bed rails to support the mattress. I've been trying to process a return for my order for the past 4 days, but I haven't been successful in reaching a representative or getting disconnected during the call. I'm feeling frustrated by this experience. The item I want to return is a fully assembled Hemnes glass cabinet door that has a flaw in the frame. I have been experiencing multiple issues with Ikea over the past week. Initially, the online stock information was inaccurate, leading us on a wasted trip to the store. Then, we ordered the product online only to receive it damaged. Now, we have to wait an additional 4 days for a replacement. The offer of a £5 voucher as compensation is unacceptable considering the inconvenience and additional expenses incurred. Paying £10 for delivery on top of wasted time and fuel is frustrating. I ordered a long list of products online for my daughter in Toronto, Canada. Unfortunately, one item was never delivered, and the standing mirror arrived damaged with a broken mirror. I received a bed this morning, but the mattress was not included (Hovag Pocket Spring Mattress in Standard King Medium/Firm Dark Grey). Now, we have no bed to sleep on since we got rid of our old one. I have a back issue, which is why I purchased a new bed. I was informed that the mattress would arrive on Wednesday, October 16th, after paying a £39 delivery fee for today. Having to wait nine more days is unacceptable. My order number is [redacted]. Can the mattress be delivered sooner? I am quite distressed about not having a bed to sleep on.

We recently purchased a faucet for the 80 cm ODENSVIK washbowl, specifically the Svenskär model. Our plumber has informed us that the faucet does not properly fit as the tapered part underneath the bowl cannot be securely screwed in, leaving a gap between the bowl and the waste-pipe components, causing instability. We require a distance ring to resolve this issue and ensure a secure installation. We are surprised that the Ikea taps do not seem to align with their washbowls, especially after being assured by the staff that any tap would work. Urgent assistance is needed as the plumber is scheduled to return tomorrow.

I went to Ikea Southampton last Tuesday. The following day, I realized I couldn't find my house and car keys. I've tried calling but haven't reached the correct department. Can someone please check the lost property? The keys have a black Vauxhall car key/fob, multiple house keys with a yellow plastic top, a slim garage door key, a peach-colored metal flower keychain, and some miscellaneous items. I would appreciate it if someone could verify if they have been found because I'm quite concerned about this.
