I only received three out of the five things that I ordered on Ikea. I received one box which included the items and the receipt of the three things. I placed my order on September *, **** and received the box around three weeks later after the said delivery date. I got an email * days ago regarding a customer feedback survey but I haven't even received the other two items! There is no tracking on the package whatsoever so I don't know where it is, and I tried to call your customer service hotline multiple times but it is full. I would like a refund for the two items that never came.

GetHuman-itsnatal did not yet indicate what Ikea should do to make this right.
