I purchased three Frosta stools online on August 4, [redacted], at 9:05 pm EDT with order number [redacted]28. The total cost was $58.45 with shipping. The delivery was scheduled for August 9th, but I got a notification on August 8th. However, the package contained a pillow instead of the stools, with no receipt. Despite trying to contact customer service five times, I was unable to speak to a representative. I did not order the pillow and do not wish to keep it. I am requesting either the delivery of the stools I ordered or a full refund.

Regarding my purchase, isell No: [redacted]07, I am encountering an issue with one of the drawers in the dresser. Specifically, one drawer is difficult to pull out and push back in. After moving the drawer to different slots successfully, it appears the problem lies within the slot itself due to a potential assembly error. The dresser was originally delivered and assembled by Ikea. Upon discovering the problem and contacting Ikea promptly, I was instructed to call back this morning at 9am EST. Despite my efforts to reach out at 7:40am PST, I was requested to call again at 10am PST to arrange for an assembly team to revisit and resolve the issue. However, I have been experiencing difficulty getting through on the phone line since 10am.

I am requesting urgent contact from IKEA regarding a recent delivery. I am inquiring about the policy on delivery personnel assembling furniture, which was not done during my recent delivery. Additionally, I experienced sexual harassment from the delivery men towards myself and my roommates, causing discomfort and fear of being alone in our home. Following the incident, the delivery men remained outside our house for 13 minutes before leaving. This behavior is unacceptable and alarming, especially for young women living independently. I urge IKEA to address this situation promptly. Thank you.

After applying for the IKEA Visa card online and getting approved, I received a $25 coupon code for same-day purchases. However, when I tried to use the code during checkout, it was not accepted. I proceeded with the order hoping to enter the code later, but couldn't find another option. I expected to see the discount after placing the order, but it did not apply. Now, I wish to cancel this order. My attempts to contact IKEA by phone have been unsuccessful, as I end up on hold listening to music for 10 minutes before being disconnected. My experience with IKEA has been frustrating, especially since I've spent two hours trying to resolve this issue. I am even considering canceling the credit card.

I encountered an issue with my recent delivery from "North American Logistics." They were unwilling to bring my order to the 2nd floor due to one flight of stairs, despite it being within IKEA's delivery policy. With no additional help available, I had to pay over $90 in cash tips for them to finally bring it upstairs. Despite contacting IKEA, I have received no resolution yet. I am seeking a refund of the $40 delivery fee and additional compensation for the additional charges incurred. I have been unable to reach the Customer Resolution Center as the line is constantly busy and hangs up on me. I would appreciate a prompt response via email or phone call.

I have been attempting to contact customer service for months regarding a couch purchased nearly a year ago, experiencing numerous quality issues. When I call the 1-[redacted] number, I am met with long hold times and the call disconnects. Even when calling for a general issue, the call is prematurely ended. The New Haven CR store presents the same issue. Our couch is deteriorating, with the material tearing at the seams. I am incredibly dissatisfied and unsure of what steps to take next. @IKEAHelpt Hi, I placed an order on the 3rd of August with order number [redacted]. I also paid [redacted] euros for delivery and assembly service. Despite being promised a delivery on the 12th of August with a one-hour notification before delivery, the carrier arrived unannounced and left without delivering. When I called Ikea for assistance, they mentioned the delivery guys failed to call because they omitted a prefix. This resulted in a frustrating experience, as I had to wait for 8 days for the delivery, only to be told it had to be rescheduled for the 20th of August. I am disappointed by the lack of empathy and prompt service in this situation. Please address this matter promptly.

The IKEA MALM dresser toppled over on me, and I am seeking a refund or store credit. This incident has left me extremely upset. I've never encountered issues like this with IKEA previously. The quality of these dressers appears to be subpar with materials like straw, plastic, and cardboard. I believe compensation is warranted as I had to hire people to assemble it. The dresser was also missing screws which added to my frustration. Despite my repeated calls, there has been no response from customer service. I cannot afford to transport the dresser back to the store personally. I've experienced financial losses from purchasing the dresser, assembly costs, and the distress of trying to reach customer service without success. I feel ignored and undervalued.

I recently made a purchase from IKEA and according to the FedEx tracking number they provided, the package was delivered to my home yesterday at 10:55 AM. Despite my wife being at home all day, we cannot find any sign of the delivery. I have been attempting to contact IKEA regarding this issue, but their phone line is overwhelmed with calls and their email submission button is not working on their website. I have made numerous attempts across different browsers with no success. My order number is [redacted]49. I hope IKEA can follow up with FedEx to investigate the delivery and either provide proof of delivery or send me a replacement.

I am facing an issue with my TRULSTORP coffee table ([redacted].[redacted].77) as one of the pieces is not drilled correctly. Specifically, the top back piece has "receiving" holes on the wrong edge, opposite the circular lock mechanisms, making it impossible to attach the top to the table structure properly. This concerns the horizontal back piece mentioned in steps 4 and 5 of the instructions. The holes for the two wooden pegs and the three metal connectors on the table top piece are incorrectly placed, preventing the circular locks from engaging and the wooden dowels from aligning the stationary top piece in steps 15/16. Pictures can be provided as needed.

I searched online to check if IKEA still had the down comforter I bought before, planning to visit their Charlotte store. However, I stumbled upon a "$25 off" deal for applying for the IKEA credit card. I completed the application, got approved, confirmed my email, but forgot to apply the promo code during checkout. Order number [redacted] was scheduled for delivery on July 27th. Despite my efforts to guide the driver with an IKEA arrow sign and a blue and yellow balloon, they couldn't locate my house. They attempted to call me, but due to a digit error, they couldn't reach me. The delivery totaling [redacted] euros never arrived. On August 1st, during an online chat, I was informed I could cancel the order, get a refund, and repurchase using click and collect, which I agreed to. However, the refund hasn't shown up even after one week. Subsequent chats mentioned it might take up to 15 days for the refund to appear on my credit card. I have had to go through the process of purchasing and canceling my order twice with your Norfolk store. The first time, my order was canceled due to a missing piece of the couch, which was understandable. Despite being assured of a delivery on August 10th for the missing part, it never arrived. After contacting the delivery company, they admitted to losing our order. After several failed promises of delivery dates, it was revealed that the part was never in stock. Upset with the misleading information provided by the store, workers, delivery company, and customer service, we decided to cancel the order for a refund. However, we were informed that the refund was processed onto a gift card without our consent. Despite efforts to resolve this over the phone, we were met with more delays and unfulfilled promises. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has tarnished my perception of IKEA and its services. I am expecting a prompt resolution to this refund issue and hope to hear from you soon.

Hello, On August 22, [redacted], we bought a vanity at the Columbus, Ohio store. Unfortunately, when we began assembly, we discovered the mirror was broken. We seem to have misplaced the receipt during our move to a new house. We visited the store, but they advised us they couldn't assist without the receipt. Despite our efforts to find the receipt online, the website doesn't seem to be working properly. Contacting customer support by phone has also been unsuccessful. There are items missing from my delivery. I verified with the delivery person that I should only have received two boxes, to which he confirmed. However, I am missing several items. I tried contacting IKEA through their website but experienced issues with their email service, preventing me from submitting my concern. Despite sending an HTML email, IKEA has not responded within the 48-72 hour window as per their policy. Multiple attempts to reach them by phone resulted in being hung up on after receiving a message about high call volumes. This frustrating experience has led me to decide not to shop at IKEA again. If only I could reach them, I would demand a full refund for the missing items.

I recently ordered two chairs from Ikea and was expecting them to be delivered two days ago between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. However, the delivery did not arrive as scheduled. After contacting Ikea customer service, I was advised to reach out to the delivery company. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue over four phone calls to Ikea support, I have not been able to get a solution. The delivery company informed me that the package is at their warehouse and suggested I contact Ikea again. After numerous unsuccessful calls, totaling seven hours of wait time, I was told that a new order needs to be placed by Ikea to have the package delivered. I am feeling extremely frustrated and just want to have this situation resolved.

On Saturday, August 24th, my partner and I were captivated by your bedside lamp, the "Tärnaby," which we saw online. We headed to the nearest IKEA expecting it to be in stock, but were disappointed to find none available. After calling the Montreal store on Cavendish, an hour away, we made the trip only to find they had none left, despite being told otherwise online and over the phone. Even more frustrating was that the store had over 40 "Tärnaby" lamps on display, making my two trips seem unnecessary. Despite this incident, I appreciate IKEA's offerings and affordability.
