Good morning, Happy New Year to you. I ordered a new sofa with a different company last year and was guaranteed delivery in December BEFORE Christmas. That company seriously let me down on delivery (after we sold our old sofa to create space) and we are still waiting! Ikea came to the rescue on *******. We bought * Gronlid *-seater sofas and you delivered only one day later. You were a life saver! We have had these sofas for nearly * weeks now (very happy) but our new sofa is finally due next week. In your return policy it states that I can return the * sofas to Ikea and get a partial refund. How can I liaise with an agent on how to return the * sofas and how much money you are offering for the refund. As you can imagine, after * weeks the sofas seem like brandnew!
