Order ***********Hi there.**I spent ** minutes on hold to you this evening and then spoke to two operators, the second of whom was called John (Jonas?) and who said that because of the nightmare I’ve had trying to get my wardrobe correctly delivered and assembled, he would like to offer me £** voucher as a goodwill gesture, which I could put towards soft close corner unit hinges which I need to buy to make my doors work, even though no one in any of the lengthy conversations I had during design and re-delivery after re-delivery of wrong and missing items on the wrong days mentioned to me. **He told me this voucher would be processed immediately after the call, so that I could make my purchase straight away.**Sure enough, it’s another promise you’ve not delivered on. No voucher, no follow up no email*text. **Please can you contact me to explain whether or not I should expect a voucher to come through, and otherwise how I would go about having you collect my wardrobe and refund the cost as it has caused me nothing but pain and misery and I want your horrible company out of my life. You have let me down over and over again, with no regard for the disruption and frustration you - and your dishonest delivery companies - have caused me.**I am astounded at how bad this ordeal has been, and how it continues on and on, made very very much worse by the music you play at me during the hours and hours and hours of being on hold to your friendly and incompetent staff.**If this situation isn’t adequately resolved like five minutes ago I’m going to trading standards. **Thanks,*Frances
