I purchased a Bekant electric sit stand desk on October **th, * week after receiving the desk the desk would no longer rise. I contacted live chat and they arranged replacement parts to be delivered to me and assured me the issue could be fixed. I have had multiple attempts at fixing the issues (i.e, changing cable arrangement, trying new cables, motor replacement, removing everything off of the desk, even removing the desk top and trying the legs by themselves and nothing has worked. I would like to arrange a return of the product as I am unsatisfied with the model I have and wish to purchase a crank style desk instead but every time I try to ring the Southampton store the wait time is always *** minutes and I have tried multiple times and I feel this is very unsatisfactory.
