Hi, **I had an item delivered on Friday the **th of November. It was delivered with two parts, the delivery team told me that they usually deliver three parts with this item. When I started to build the product (FRIHETEN) I realised that I was missing the pull out seat part. **When I look at my order online (**********) it tells my that my 'order is being processed' and 'in progress'. Does this mean that the other part is still to be delivered? I have had no emails with any information suggesting this but any other orders that I have had from IKEA states that it is 'delivered'.**I have tried contacting the phone support but after being on hold for around ** minutes I seem to get cut off. Some help would be appreciated.**Thanks,**Louis Ambler
