My partner and I found it a bit uncomfortable at first, but were hoping it would break in over time. It's been a couple of months, and it's clear that this couch isn't working for us. I'm not sure how to proceed, as this was an expensive purchase. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Ideally, I'd like to return it. Thank you for your time!
