We purchased a provinsros double duvet cover with * pillowcases on ******* for £**. We have only just opened the pack and noticed a flaw in the fabric which is a small tear. We have tried ringing the Nottingham branch a few times today but have been on hold for nearly ** mins each time. We want a replacement but as we do not live near we wondered if it's possible to have it sent out and the faulty one collected at the same time.
